We spent a few days after our wedding here, it was so lovely. Everyone was so friendly, the food was amazing, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was just magnificent.Sent on 15/08/2019

Reception at Prince of Wales
Great price of a beautiful venue! They had a great package for Friday / Sunday nights, $100 /pp, 3 course meal with 4 hour bar and cake cutting. Our bill for 64 people was under $8000. The best thing about the place is the decor, you don't need much to liven up the room because it is beautiful!Sent on 05/10/2018
The managers change like clockwork, we went through 3 different managers when we were there. The last vendor, Ayah was pretty amazing. She was accommodating and really made our day! The food was delicious! They were very good about our needs in regards to halal option, they offered us the fish option.
Overall, we had a great time at Prince of Wales, if you book in the winter, they throw in a honeymoon suite for free (maybe just a regular room, I didn't look into it)!

Best decision ever!!!! Excellent choice. Guests loving the food during the cocktail hour and dinner time. All of the staffs are accommodating & welcoming. The atmosphere and all the decor of the hotels fits my concept of a modern vintage wedding😁❤️Sent on 15/08/2017

We had our small wedding reception at Prince of Wales at Niagara on the Lake. Everything was going smooth until the reception day. We thought we had gotten great people to take care of our event just the way we wanted that including food. Our food tasting was good as well. Comes one day before our reception day. We get a call from our event manager telling us that the entree we had selected was just an appetizer size and we had to pay $20 extra per head to make it into entree portion. Mind you their menu clearly said "entree". Regardless, we agree to pay extra because it was the day before. Comes the day of the event. We were served totally different appetizer than what we had selected. The entree we had agreed to pay more was less in quantity and it didn't taste anything nearly what we were served at the tasting. It was quite disappointing experience for me. Overall, the staff and ambiance was great but I really felt cheated by the hotel. Though the hotel tried their best to resolve it. I would just suggest everyone to make sure of what your picking and find out if you are going to get that served or something totally different.Sent on 19/09/2017

We had a small and intimate Afternoon Tea Wedding, and it was perfect! We used Vintage Hotels flowers and also their recommended photographer, limo, and Reverend. It was like a one stop wedding shop. Thank you to all the staff and our wedding coordinator Cassie Vanderveen who made our wedding day perfect and fabulous!! We plan to return for getaways!Sent on 02/09/2017

We had our ceremony in Hampton Court room, and reception in the Victoria & Albert ballroom. The venue was amazing, completely unique and very, very special. The in-house event planner, Kaitlin, was amazing and right on top of things, making sure everything ran smoothly without any need for me to worry about anything. The venue is a bit pricey, but they do have a unique edge on this type of event. We will visit again for sure!Sent on 12/11/2015
