We walked into the Pinnacle naively thinking that we could plan our own wedding and instantly realized that we were in our our heads. The venue was perfect and Leah gave us some good direction about how we should proceed. She then handed us over to Tracey Maris who was absolutely amazing. She held our hands every step of the way, going above and beyond to make sure that everything went without a hitch. Knowing that we didn't have a wedding planner/ coordinator before the day, she proactively created a timeline and reached out to all of our suppliers and organized their setup and strike well in advance. We truly wouldn't have been able to make it happen without her support and guidance.
On the day, we and our guests were treated like VIP's from the moment we entered the lobby.
The rooftop at the Pinnacle was the perfect location for our ceremony and provided stunning views behind us as we exchanged our vows. Having access to the adjacent guest rooms was fantastic. After the ceremony, we moved our celebration down to the banquet room and our guests enjoyed a fabulous buffet, with absolutely amazing service from the banquet staff.
Weeks later, we are still getting compliments about the venue from our guests. Thank you Tracey and the Pinnacle at the Pier ! Our highest recommendation is not enough!Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier North Vancouver's reply:

We recently had our wedding at the Pinnacle Hotel and we wish to express our deepest gratitude and admiration for the outstanding professionalism, dedication, and heart demostrated by Tracey Maris, the Wedding Coordinator at the Pinnacle Hotel.
Tracey has saved our wedding and made sure that I was taken care of as a bride. I can genuinely say that the wedding would not have been as successful if it was not for Tracey.
My guests repeatedly commented how beautiful the wedding was, and I felt very thankful that the reception went so smoothly. I sincerely hope that Tracey recives the recognition that she deserves. We were also taken great care of, being treated like VIP clients. Food has been amazing, which the hotel is actually known for ( the buffet selection and desserts were spectacular). The hotel was super accommodating with our guests that had severe nut allergies and or vegan.
Our only criticism that we can think of is that the ballroom is slightly outdated and you may require more decorations, however the food and overall service makes up for that.
If anyone is interested for their wedding, I highly reccomend reaching out to Tracey Maris, who will make sure that you are not just a client, but rather like family. You will not regret having your wedding at the Pinnacle at the Pier, and I would do it all over again if it's with Tracey.
Thank you Tracey and the rest of the team at the Pinnacle at the Pier for making our dream wedding come true and taking care of us. We look forward to supporting the hotel for future milestone events.

Tracey Maris and The Pinnacle Hotel really made our renewal extra special. After another venue let us down, Tracey gave us options for our special day that surpassed our expectations. The chef worked with us to create a family style dinner and dessert buffet that was just what we wanted. All of the staff were friendly and considerate during our party, and we can't thank Tracey Maris enough for our special day.

It was a great venue and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a perfect day. They were especially helpful seeing as we had to make most of the arrangements from the UK. TEN STARS for the gorgeous rooftop views, premium quality food and exceptional banquet team!! Everything about our wedding at Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier was incredible! Central location, ample space for 100+ guests both on the rooftop and Ballroom, and the staff are super helpful with all aspects from concept to design to vendor suggestions to planning to coordination and execution. Teresa, Leah, JWon, Gabriela and the whole banquet team were attentive to our needs, communicated regularly and went over and above our expectations at every step. Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier is not just a venue, it's a first class event experience that we highly recommend! -

Our wedding was immaculate
The pinnacle at the pier was truly truly an amazing experience. From the time I got engaged I wanted something with an ocean view and the day time and night time view from this hotel is stunning. As well, they accommodated all our food requests and the food was delicious. I was after a modern ballroom kind of vibe and i definitely think we got that. They accommodated all my requests even for rooftop pics with the city view. -

The best and first choice we made for our wedding day was choosing The Pinnacle for our ceremony and reception. The views were breath taking and the service was impeccable. Having Laura as our day of coordinator really helped put my bride zilla mind at ease. They also gave us complimentary personalized robes along with accommodations for the night of! Couldn't of chose a better location. Thank you to everyone who made our day a dream come true !!!
