Whether you are planning an intimate ceremony, a larger reception or a full wedding weekend, our goal is to make the resort feel like your own. With ceremony and reception spaces, onsite catering, accommodations and plenty for guests to enjoy, everything can come together in one memorable location.

FACILITIES AND CAPACITY

Outdoor ceremonies can be held on the green space overlooking the lake and marina. Our gazebo provides a lovely setting for signing the marriage licence, while the lake, marina and surrounding greenery create a naturally beautiful backdrop for your vows and wedding photos.

White ceremony chairs, decorative arches, florals and draping are available to rent. If the weather does not cooperate, our indoor banquet rooms can provide a comfortable backup ceremony space.

The Eagle Room is our main event space, featuring impressive A-frame windows overlooking the 18th green and lake, along with balcony access. It comfortably accommodates up to 125 guests seated at rounds.

The Birdie Room overlooks the marina and lake and comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests at rounds. The Eagle and Birdie Rooms can also be combined to accommodate approximately 200 guests at rounds or up to 250 guests in a banquet-style setup.

Indoor banquet room rentals include tables, chairs, white or black table linens and napkins. A podium, built-in sound system and wireless microphone are also included. Our Tamarack cabin provides additional space for smaller gatherings, wedding preparations or other needs.

SERVICES AND AMENITIES

Candle Lake Golf Resort is a four-season destination, giving couples the opportunity to turn their wedding into a complete getaway for family and friends.

During the warmer months, guests can golf, explore the lake, enjoy the marina, book a pontoon or recreational boat, relax in a hot tub or simply spend time taking in the surroundings. Winter celebrations offer their own kind of magic, with opportunities for skating, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing and snowmobiling in the Candle Lake area.

Guests can stay onsite in our hotel rooms, fully equipped cabins and spacious townhouses. Our multi-bedroom accommodations are especially convenient for families and groups travelling together. RV sites and RV rentals may also be available.

Our Event Manager will work with you throughout the planning process to coordinate your spaces, room setup, catering, accommodations and other resort details.

CUISINE

Our culinary team offers a variety of catering options for wedding celebrations, including appetizers, buffet and plated meals, desserts, late-night food stations and refreshments.

Menus include familiar favourites alongside chef-inspired dishes, with options suited to different tastes, budgets and styles of celebration. We will work with you to select a menu that fits your vision and accommodate known dietary requirements wherever possible.

The Water's Edge Restaurant and Otter Bus are available for snacks, beverages and meals for guests dining pleasure before or after the wedding celebrations.
