  One Stop Wedding Venue Must!

  We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Banff Rocky Mountain Resort on September 27th, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding. The stunning scenery, beautiful event spaces, incredible food and drinks, and outstanding staff made our day perfect.
  
  Crystal, the Food and Beverage Manager, and her team were phenomenal. Crystal was professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail, ensuring everything came together seamlessly. Our guests raved about the food, drinks, and overall atmosphere.
  
  What also makes this venue stand out is the convenience of having the ceremony, reception, and accommodations all in one place, it made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. We are so grateful to the team at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort for helping make our wedding day so special!

  Would 100% recommend this venue to everyone!

  We got married here a little over a week ago now and everything went perfectly. We had the option to pay a bit extra and set up the day before and have the staff clean up for us after and have all our things ready for pick up the next day and I’m so happy we did that! We did go through a few coordinators since we booked a year and a half in advance but we had Crystal in the last few months leading up to the wedding and on the day of our wedding and she was great! Very easy to get ahold of and so accommodating and helpful. The food was amazing, all our friends and family are still talking about it. As well as all the staff at the restaurant were amazing. We are so happy we booked our wedding here :)

  Most Perfect Wedding

  I had my wedding reception at The Banff Rocky Mountain Resort in the White Wolf Suite with 30 guests. It was AMAZING. From the planning and working with Samantha, to the day of and help from Kelly, everyone was so amazing and so quick to respond and made my planning and day SO easy. I loved everything about having my wedding reception there and everyone enjoyed their stay at the hotel as well. I 100% recommend you booking your wedding with them!!

  Best Wedding Vendor We Could Have Asked For

  We could not have been happier with this venue choice! From the very beginning, our Coordinator Linda was so easier to work with. She was very knowledgeable and organized throughout. The venue was also flexible with some of the changes we had to make throughout the process.
  
  We did not have our ceremony at this venue. I highly suggest any out of town brides find a way to see the space before booking. It is in a nice grassy/forest area but the trees are unfortunately blocking the mountain views.
  
  The venue room was so beautiful without any decorations so minimal decor and florals were needed to make the space perfect for us.
  
  We had 71 guests total with 10 round tables and a sweetheart table. This fit the space very well. We could have added another 1-3 tables max otherwise it would have been too cramped.
  
  There was a large variety of drink options for guests. More than we anticipated and were expecting based on other weddings we had attended. The dinner and appetizers were SO DELICIOUS. The beef tenderloin was cooked perfect for us and most guests. We had many compliments from guests about how much they loved the food.
  
  Kim was our food and beverage coordinator. She was so organized and had answers to all my questions. She also had suggestions for things I hadn’t thought of.
  
  We really appreciated how helpful all of the staff were throughout the process and the service on the day of. My only slight complaint was that after 9PM we had to come inside off the patio because of noise complaints. But we still had a great time inside and it wasn’t too hot.
  
  Lastly, the price for every thing was very reasonable! Less expensive than any other venues in town.
  
  Overall, we would highly recommend this venue!

  Simply Awesome!!

  Choosing Banff Rocky Mountain Venue was one of the best decisions we made for our Big Day. Layla the event coordinator simply made it stress free from accommodating everything for us. Name every small detail and it was taken care off. Thanks a million for being part of our big day and making it super special for us. Layla, Kelly, Kim and the whole staff was awesome some amazing people we are glad to have met and spend our special day with

  Amazing experience! Great location and wonderful staff!

  Incredible Wedding Location

  We hosted our wedding weekend at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort April 8, 2023. Sam and Kelly were fantastic to work with with planning the wedding events, and supporting the wedding weekend. They were incredibly responsive and flexible as we made decisions for our wedding and were always able to answer the questions we had. We highly recommend this venue for your wedding.

  Great mountain venue

  Great food for buffet and the bar manager was AMAZING. Unfortunately went through 3 reps so there was a slight miscommunication on a couple things, but overall great experience.
