Amazing Experience!

We ended up booking our ceremony at Maligne Lake as an alternative to our large reception space when we needed to downsize due to covid. The team was wonderful - flexible, accommodating and everything turned out perfectly. Trina was there every step along the way, always fielding my questions. When it came to the wedding day she ensured everything went off without a hitch!
We also booked the private cruise to Spirit Island and the staff were UNREAL - we had the best experience!! Would 100% recommend them to everyone I know!

Great Experiencce

Trina was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions and was so helpful. The venue is beautiful and the staff there were great!

Amazing Service and Experience

The Sawridge brought all our wedding wishes to life and was a pleasure to work with. Pat, our rep, made note of every detail and was there every step of the way making sure it was done. The kitchen and wait staff was equally amazing, the dinner for our guests was perfection. Our wedding reception at the sawridge was perfect. I am forever grateful for Pat at the sawridge making it a truly memorable day.
If you want a venue that puts customers first and provides 5-star service in one of the most beautiful places on earth... you cant go wrong with the Sawridge Jasper!

Fantastic Team, Well Organized, Courteous and Professional

Pat McLeod and Maggie Sammon made me and my husband's special day just the much more special. Them and their team were kind and receptive to our oddball requests and even help set up the room with us. If you are looking for a venue to host your reception, i would go no further than the Sawridge. Chef Damian carved the wedding personally which was a very nice touch. Brie and Zoey's service team saw to that all our guests' needs were met! 10/10!!!

Excellent beyond compare

Everyone that helped us with our special day were really great to work with. They were always checking to see if we needed something or if everything was ok. They were all super friendly which made our day even better. I can't thank them enough for everything they did!!

Exceeded our expectations.

We were incredibly happy with choosing the Sawridge for our big day. From the ceremony setup to the swapover for the reception setup..Pat and his team made our day come together seamlessly. The food was delicious as well! We were overall super happy with everything and they truly exceeded our expectations. We recommend the sawridge to anybody looking for a venue in Jasper!

A perfect fit for our special day

The Sawridge made our day absolutely spectacular! Everything was perfect and the food was amazing. Their team was so gracious and even delivered pizza to our room for my husband and I. They let us set up early, answered all of our questions and were very sincere. All in all I would book with them again and would highly recommend them!

Friendly and responsive staff!

The team met our every need! We were delighted that upon request they worked to find food suppliers where they could buy humane certified beef and OceanWise certified seafood so that we could feel good about the food we were purchasing for our guests. They also made sure that our dogs could stay with us in our room. There was an in-house salon that the bride and party used for wedding prep and were very pleased with the service and outcome. There was a room mixup where a room we booked to use as a hospitality suite got switched for a different, smaller room but as soon as we made the staff aware of the switch they fixed it right away! The food was delicious, and all of it for a very reasonable price. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

July Wedding

Sawridge was and amazing venue to host the reception. Being able to use them as a ceremony back up is also an added plus! All the service staff were amazing and exceptionally professional. We had some issues with room reservations but Pat was able to take care of the issue quickly. Amenities in the resort are top quality, very happy with everything!

Amazing experience and services

I couldn't be happier with choosing Sawridge Inn for my wedding reception location. Pat and Maggie were an absolute dream working with. Each and every single question was addressed and although we were unable to make it to Jasper to look at venue beforehand, Pat and Maggie did everything to make my dream a reality. We had countless emails and everything was taken care of without question.
Usually after a wedding, everyone raves about the food. This was absolutely the case but in addition, people ALSO raved about the quality of service they received from the staff at Sawridge. Our menu was unique in that we asked for butter chicken and other Indian dishes to be included. The food turned out delicious!! The team went above and beyond to ensure the night went flawless. The set up was absolutely beautiful.
My honeymoon suite was spacious and extremely clean, and that includes the bathroom! There was a cute fruit platter and wine to welcome us when we arrived to our room.
We were able to have access to the ballroom the night before for set up, and takedown/cleanup was taken care by them. They even offered to set up our centerpieces but we got help from our family.
Sawridge amazed me with everything they had to offer for our wedding reception. The team truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
I would recommend them a million times!
