Wonderful working with Lauren to plan the wedding reception for my daughter, she was so accommodating and helpful.
The staff that attended to us were perfect and the food exceptional . This venue I highly recommended. -

We stayed at the Banff Caribou Lodge and could not have asked for nicer accommodation services. There was a lovely decently priced restaurant on premise, a laundry room for guests use, swimming pool, sauna, and a spa. Absolutely loved it and would stay again. -

Outstanding
Natalie helped me via email to set up our special day. Not only did she nail my winter wedding to a tea but the hotel staff made sure everyone of our guests were accommodated. They decorated the Woodlands rooms with class for the ceremony. Our reception was at the Keg. Not an easy task on a Saturday night, but everyone of our guests were served at the same time and food was amazing. Not one person left hungry. Highly recommend -

We had the ceremony and reception here Nov 2018, for 31 people it was a great venue. The hotel setup was well done and they were easy to work with. We had about 2.5 months to get everything done, and the 2 planners we worked with were very good. For the reception Nat, Cynthia and Michelle kept everything moving along and their service was exceptional.
The food was catered by the Keg and all our guests enjoyed their selections.
The only problem I had was with some duplicate charges but the manager caught them and worked with me to resolve everything quickly. I would recommend this hotel for a wedding with -
Trisha Sent on 26/12/2017We got married at the Banff Caribou Lodge this past Oct and it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel is just lovely and the Woodlands room was just the perfect size for our 30 person event! The staff was wonderful during the dinner and cocktail hour, very attentive and accommodating to all of our guests. The food was amazing (Who doesn't love the Keg?) and they did a great job for those guests with special dietary concerns. The wedding coordinator, Rebekah, took care of me from the very beginning of my wedding planning journey when I found her at the bridal fair early in the year, all the way to the big day! She knew my budget and was extremely knowledgeable in all her suggestions and ideas to help me pull it off! I would highly recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge for a cozy and intimate mountain wedding.

Geneviève Sent on 04/08/2017I booked a room at the Caribou Logde, Banff on July 17, 2017 for my wedding reception. The room was perfect to seat more than 30 persons. The barmaid was very kind and the food was excellent. I got a very good service with Lauren (Groups sales coordinator). She was able to answer all of my questions! (and I had a lot with my language barrier! Lauren was very patient with me and very professional.) We also rent a room for that night at a great price. The room was perfect. We couldn't ask for better! Lauren also let us a beautiful card in the room with a bottle of wine as a welcome newlyweds guest :) Caribou Lodge really was a great place to choose for a real dream day! Thank you for the Caribou Lodge team!
