I worked with Jeff planning a destination wedding from trying to decide if an all inclusive or cruise wedding was the way to go. After much research (and patience! on Jeffs part) we decided to book a cruise wedding out of New York. Jeff went back and forth with me to show me what resorts offered what in terms of wedding packages and the requirements of each country but our guests felt most comfortable on a cruise ship. Jeff took the planning right out of my hands at that point and reached out to our guests regarding deposits and final payments, he grouped our cabins as best he could so everyone was as close to each other as they wanted to be. It took a majority of stress off of my plate to be able to say "call Jeff"
All in all the experience was so exceptional that I will continue to work with Jeff & the Murdoch travel team for all of my travel needs in the future.

My fiancé and I decided to book a destination wedding in Punta Cana. We found the top few rated agencies in the area and we were going to meet with a few to choose the one we liked best. The first person we met with was Jeff from Murdoch Travel and after our first visit, seeing how knowledgeable, friendly and engaged he was, we knew we didn't have to look any further. Jeff gave us a ton of information and options based on the criteria we gave him so we could make an informed decision on where and when we would go. Since we have family and friends close to Toronto and Ottawa, he was able to coordinate one group package with two different flight schedules. He summarized everything up on a personalized web site for us and we sent out all our invitations. That was in January of 2020! Little did we know, this Corona Virus we were hearing about overseas was about to throw a huge wrench in our plans. Since then, we have had many conversations about moving deadlines and changing dates. He is always very responsive and never pushy. Just recently, we had to push the date again and Jeff has been nothing but helpful!
