  Pam helped make planning a destination wedding simple, as well as, fun! From first contact, Pam was was responsive, efficient and knowledgeable - she provided us with various options and helped us pick the best resort for our group, wedding and most importantly price range. Pam organized us and the group and answered all our questions, as well as, accommodated our needs. We stayed at the Grand Sirenis Riveria Maya- it was beautiful with tons to do!
  The group had nothing but good things to say about working with Pam. We have already recommended her services and will continue to do so!

  Pam did an excellent job with helping us choose a location, and arranging flights for our relatives coming from different cities. She was very knowledgeable of different resorts, pros/cons, what each one has to offer, and could answer all of our questions. She was very easy to work with.

  Pamela Park-Walker at Tier one travel was a wonderful addition in our destination wedding planning. We started our planning about a year before and were not too sure where to begin, but she definitely pointed us in the right direction! She was always very prompt with her emails and was not only there for us when we had questions, but also for all of our guests. Thank you so much Pam for all your help! It definitely eased my stress knowing I didn't have to worry about the flight and hotel details.

  Pam was the best travel agent we could possibly have asked for. She was timely, diligent, has incredibly fast response times and was a pleasure to talk to. I have dealt with other travel agents in the past and they were not nearly as great to talk to as Pam. She made the whole experience of booking a wedding for 50 people easy and fun. I would highly recommend her.

  Our wedding day was awesome even though the weather didn't cooperate it was still one of the most amazing days in our lives, It was the only rainy & extremely windy day that week. I cant stop smiling looking back on this day :) In some cultures rain is good luck, and can represent cleansing or stronger unity in the marriage. It comes from several cultures mainly from the Hindu with the idea that a wet knot is harder to untie. Since marriage is often referred to as tying the knot. Rain was also a symbol of fertility to agricultural societies, since rain restored and maintained the wellness of crops. Crops were peoples main source of stability and income so it was thought to guarantee a long happy marriage!
  
  
  
  
  We stayed at the Dreams Puerto Aventuras Resort & Spa - Mexico, We truly enjoyed every moment of the stay!!! I must say thank you Pam for recommending that resort it was perfect! Everyone was happy and commented on the resort and that they thought it was a good pic and that they would stay their again. That's always a relief when your trying to make it affordable and accommodating. From start to finish Pam was very helpful with picing the resort, working with our date, helping our guests with any questions they needed asnwered, pretty much a 10/10! I must say it was really nice dealing with someone who has experienced Mexico and was very passionate about travel and whom also had a destination wedding. Its important to have a travel agent who cares. A few people have already asked who my agent was and let me say I recommend you on spot! Thanks again!!!

  After my husband popped the question, we knew we wanted a destination wedding. It seemed like the best option for our friends and family. I started planning right away, and quickly realized it was not going to be as easy as I thought. The hardest part was choosing the resort. With so many options and places, I couldn't decide. I wanted to just tell someone what, when, where and how much, and have them tell me where to go! That's exactly how I found Pam.she saved me from having a complete meltdown! I told her everything we were looking for in a resort, and our price point. She recommended 3 resorts, and we finally decided on the Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun.
  The resort was absolutely beautiful, and we were extremely pleased when we arrived. It was the perfect setting for our wedding. Ramon is the on site wedding planner, and I can't say enough about him. He was very thorough and made me feel completely comfortable with how everything was going to go. Our wedding was perfect and I wouldn't have changed a single thing.
  I would recommend Pam to anyone who is planning a destination wedding. It was very helpful to talk to someone who has done it and is involved in the travel industry. Pam gave me lots of tips and ideas for my wedding, even when it came to favors! She stopped at nothing to help me and make sure everything was planned. She answered ALL of my emails promptly and with as much detail as possible. All of my family and friends who booked with her also found her very helpful.
  I look forward to working with Pam for all of my future travel needs!

  When my "now" wife and I decided to get married 5 years from the day we met, we immediately knew we wanted to do a destination wedding. We attempted to work with one travel agent, but seemed to be having nothing but issues with them, and started to doubt our plans....THEN, we found Pam. It was a breathe of fresh air and a 180 degree turn from the experiences we were having with the previous travel agent.
  She was informative, helpful, personable and seemed to truly care about our wedding and our wedding guests. It was great luck, that the resort we had done the most research online for and had pretty much already chosen, was the same resort Pam had been married at, and vacationed at many times...It made it pretty obvious at that point, we had found our resort and we had found our travel agent.
  From that point on, Pam was always catering to our needs and providing us with the proper information and necessary steps to move forward. For our guests, the start of the trip got off to not a good start, as the flight from Sunwing was delayed for over 10 hours leaving Edmonton, but once everyone arrived, they loved the resort and the wedding. The resort was as beatiful as advertised, and the wedding went off perfectly...Thank you Pam!

  I met Pam at a bridal fair in Red Deer, AB, and I am so grateful that I did. I live in Rocky Mountain House and had talked to a local travel agent about booking a group trip to Jamaica for our vow renewal ceremony. The ladies at the agency that we went to took our information and told us that prices wouldn't be out for another couple of months, but when they were released, they would be in touch. In the mean time, I met Pam. I told her what the travel agency at home said, and she said that she could get me some estimates right away if I wanted her to. I took Pam's information and contacted her a couple of days later and got the ball rolling on what was to become the best vacation I have ever been on. Pam sent me recommendations for resorts, estimated prices, and what would be the best travel dates for the time of year we wanted to go (before spring break).
  
  Including my husband and me, there was a group of 18 people going on this trip. Pam was there for each and everyone of us to answer questions and help in any way she could. I know she fielded lots of calls and emails from our travel companions, and she always seemed to be there and happy to do what she could for all of us. Pam helped make the planning and executing of the trip to Jamaica seamless and stress free.
  
  I have recommended Pam to people who ask me about destination weddings and will continue to do so. My husband is talking about a 5 year anniversary trip already, and should that happen, we will be using Pam's services again.
  
  As a side note, that local travel agency never did get back to us.
