On time, Great service!

We had a fantastic experience with Vibe Event Rentals! From start to finish, they were great to deal with—professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The tent arrived right on time and was set up exactly where we directed. The setup crew was friendly and efficient and made sure everything was perfect before they left. Highly recommend them for any event—they really helped make ours stress-free and smooth!

They were amazing! Hired them for an event with over 300 people, they showed up 10 minutes early for the job were efficient with set up and competent!

Very helpful & effortless.

We hosted a large Remembrance Day Ceremony and needed a variety of seating, staging & set-up, delivery & take down. The Party Rental Depot was on-time for the delivery & pick-up and were very responsive to our needs. Excellent job all around.

Party Rental Depot Provided Excellent Customer Service!

We rented a beautiful washroom trailer (very much appreciated by our guests), bar, table linens and other decor items from Party Rental Depot. Excellent Experience

Sadie was most helpful with guiding us through the process and sizing the rentals to meet our needs. Very responsive to our questions and accommodated our changes as requested. The crew was very professional and efficient in set up and take down. We would recommend and use them again.

Easy to work with vendor!

Very easy to work with and made suggestions for certain products based on our event needs :) very accurate updates for delivery and pick up and everything ran very smoothly for us! Would happily book through them again.
