Darek and the onsite crew were fantastic.
They were wonderful to work with and extremely professional. From the moment we first walked into their location, to the last moment of tear down, we could not have asked for better care. The attention to detail was stellar and their chairs, tent, etc were of wonderful quality. Darek was extremely accommodating especially with the many last minute changes the week prior to the wedding including the suggestion to put in a floor for the entire tent space. Thank goodness as it rained on the day and it would have been a muddy disaster! In fact our nephew loved the flooring idea so much, they decided to incorporate it into their wedding as well.
The freezing temperatures on Saturday night along with strong wind meant we were literally opening and closing the side zipper. constantly. The tent withstood that wind no problem.
We received soooo many compliments on the tables, linens, chairs...all of it.

Gervais did our dance floor for our wedding last weekend. We paid for 15 x 15 and they actually gave us 18 x 18 at no additional charge! The setup was perfect and Laurie was very responsive. The only con was the huge delivery and service fees, but they did work with us a bit to help bring these costs down. Thanks Gervais!

Gervais’ linens and place settings are really well maintained and beautiful! Their selection was broad and met my exact wants for table settings for our reception!

Budge friendly , very flexible and didn’t have to worry about set up and tear down. Highly recommend them.

We rented all of our glasses, cutlery, dishes and bars from them and were very pleased! Very organized and on top of everything.

They delivered out tent on Thursday giving us lots of time to set up and decorate and didn't pick up until Tuesday so we could take our time taking everything down. All of our guest wanted to steal the harvest tables they were a huge hit!

Gervais is seriously the best tent and party rental company ever! They were so easy to work with and really accommodating to what we wanted. Very reasonably priced and professional. They have so much more than just tents. We rented table/chairs/linens/bars, etc. A one stop shop! Would recommend them 100% for any type of event.

I had a great experience walking into gervais from the start. We were taken care of by the owners son and he went over and above. He took us into the back and gave us a tour of the warehouse. He set up a table with the table cloth that I wanted so that I could see how short it would be and put chairs arond it. Even weeks later, 4 days before the wedding I changed my mind about the linens and he happily did it at no charge. We rented table linens, napkins, wooden birch slabs and water goblets from them. The only problem I had was a couple of the napkins were slightly smaller then the rest. No one was able to notice this. I would happily order from them again.

Gervais provided most of the rentals for our tent wedding recently. They have a great selection and quantity of items which makes them a great choice for larger events. They are very friendly to work with. They missed a few items at the last minute and made sure to correct the issue right away. Communication between us and the rep was a little tough at times as I believe they are very busy, but all emails were responded to within a couple of business days. They were patient with us as we made changes throughout the process. The prices here are a little higher than other companies but I think having the quantity and flexibility that they can provide is worth the price. I highly recommend making an appointment and going in to look at all the options and prices before deciding on who you use for your rentals. Gervais has a lot of unique things in the office that are not on the website. The only thing I think could have made things easier would be longer business hours.

The team at Gervais was professional, responsive, and really ensured that everything I ordered was just as I would have hoped. My tent was beautiful and added the perfect touch to my special day! Thanks guys! Will definitely recommend you guys in the future.
