The story of our wedding

I was proposed to at the Niagara Falls Butterfly Conservatory six years after meeting my SO. As an event planner myself, I took the time to plan my perfect wedding. We selected our date two years ahead to ensure we had enough time to save, plan and acquire the venue/vendors we wanted. The day was picture perfect. Our hair was done by the amazing team at TG Co. Hair Studio, makeup was done by Makeup Artist Debbie Goulding. My beautiful ballgown and Michael's handsome suit were both purchased at Bridal Creations in Kingston, ON. We had about 65 people attend our wedding at Odessa Fairgrounds with an outdoor ceremony, including a live butterfly release, followed by an indoor reception catered by the Italo-Canadian Club of Kingston. Our day was captured by Helen Haskin Photography. I put together an awesome playlist of songs for the party to save money on a DJ, and we gathered giant bags of chips and popcorn for a late night snack. My family was there in so many ways to contribute to our big day, whether that be crafting decor, helping with set-up, picking up extra snacks and so much more. It was a perfect day, followed by a perfect honeymoon in Walt Disney World.
