The story of our wedding

After one year and half of planning, organisations, and multiple decision making. I was so stressed about the weather because it was raining on and off and I really wanted to have our wedding outside in a beautiful forest at Ferme Drouin on Casselman. It was the day of and last minute that we decide that we would need to have our wedding in our reception area which was also located at ferme Drouin under a dome. I was devastated but realised that we would find other ways to make this the best day as my photographer had gotten married the year before and she knew the best spots. I was so relieved to have so much support and ideas from everyone. We had so much fun and everyone loved having the ceremony inside too and found it very convenient and different as it was the same area as the reception. (Kinda difficult to explain but all this to say it was still beautiful). After the ceremony we had the slow dances, and than we are diner. We had the chance to talk to every table to thank them for coming while they started to have our diner served. We had a caterer ( la Cuisine Volante), this caterer was just extraordinary!!!! The owner of the company was their to help his employees and was even asking every table if their food was good at every servings. After diner my photographer and Videographer had told me that it is time to have some photos taken outside since it has stopped raining. All this to say that we were able to have some pictures in the forest even if it was just myself and my husband. The dj was also woow!!! All this to say, for a was bride to a to-be bride. If ever it rains, there's always a solution for you or other option out there to make both your days memorable. It is actually a very lucky sign when it rains. It is told that if is good and healthy fertility sogn. Please don't freak out like I did, take it day by day. Breath ! People who are joining your wedding are there to enjoy this beautiful day with two people that they love. The little details sometimes don't matter as much.
