  We had used this company for our Wedding reception in Calgary (apparently they are Canada wide). You get what you pay for! Although Chris was very prompt and professional in his replies, we were not happy at all with the end result. We were given a $49 reduced fee and some prints as we were unhappy. I guess this might be sufficient for some people but when the product itself is terrible, its not much of a consolation for us. The photographer was horrible. She had no imagination and had no idea how to get people to pose. With the exception of maybe 10 photos that were only OK, they were all horrible. Photos of nothing really. People talking, but not artistic, etc. There was not ONE photo of my extended family which I specifically asked for prior to the day. We had also been told by some of our guests that she was rude and refused to take photos of them when they asked her. I am just happy that when we eloped (a few months prior to the reception) we got a photographer who was extremely professional and experienced. He helped my husband and I as well as some family that could make it, pose for pictures so we could have lasting family photos, like a good photographer should. If it wasn't for at least having these photos I would have been SO UPSET by Video Wedding Productions. The videographer was good, but the editing wasn't. We had a live band and the music they had edited with dubbed over the band. The music was slower so basicall all of the dancing clips looked weird. We had specifically asked for this in the rough draft not to be changed which did not happen and when asked again the response was that they weren't sure what we wanted. I am not sure how this could be confusing, ANYONE watching could see this. To be frank I am too embarrassed to show anyone the photos and video outside of my immediate family who all agree on the quality. I went with this company because the online portfolios seemed good and the price was very reasonable. However I would never recommend this company to anyone! Pay the extra money to another company with more experience, you don't want useless photos and/or video of your special day like we have!

  We thought the videos we had seen were great, and we loved the crispness and flow of the camera. We're looking forward to our final product :)

  Fantastic video services, and they give you the option of receiving the raw footage for a discounted price - so you can either edit yourself or hire someone else if you're on a budget! Videographer was friendly and prompt, he was also discrete and worked well with our photographer. All of my emails were answered quickly, and the process of hiring these guys was very easy. Highly recommend

  I was a little bit difficult at times with all the changes I made to the video editing, but they were so great and understanding that I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I can't wait to sit down and watch it with my family and to send it to my extended family back home. They will definitely appreciate the quality and character of the video. Video wedding is great to work with and I am grateful for this journey that has finally come to an end. Thank you for making it easy, thank you for your patience and finally, thank you for everything.
