    Cheap but 30+ minutes late!

    This is a case of "you get what you pay for". I tried to save some money on transportation by getting our guests a private bus to our reception venue, rather than hiring limos. It seemed too good to be true when I found this company offering $200 for the whole bus... and it was. They had very good communication leading up to the date, but then on the date they were more than 30 minutes late to the pick up point without giving me any warning that things were going to be behind at all. My 20+ guests stood there waiting from 5:05pm until nearly 5:40pm, which made them entirely miss cocktail hour. The company emailed me a few weeks after the wedding to ask how things went, and I told them I wasn't happy. They had a very professional response and apologized. I really appreciated that but I can't recommend them now because it was such a stressful inconvenience to have so many guests be late to the reception due to their mistake.

    Amazing service!

    We had an amazing time with their service. Brent was exceptional at his work. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. We will contact Reliable again for a different event. Five stars, easily!

    Great Service!

    We booked a limo bus for guest transportation for our wedding. Reliable Bus has great communication during booking and the days leading up to the wedding. Our guests stated the ride was clean and comfortable. The driver was also curteous! Recommended!

    Book them!

    Fantastic!!! Flexible, on time, dependable, clean, fair price, responsive. All the things you would want in your wedding day transportation. They were at each agreed upon location early, and when we needed them to come earlier he was there within minutes! Book them! Thank you Daniel!

    I had my bachelorette party December 1 and used the Reliable Bus service. We had a group of 13 girls and we had enough space for everybody. The bus driver was very nice and polite. The timing was perfect and the price very affordable. The bus looks very new and clean. Overall the experience was very positive and I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to my friends.
