Dealing with the scheduler was amazing but unfortunately on the day of, the drivers did not meet my expectations. They were not super friendly and did not help me out of the limo. They also left without the groom after he said to wait... it almost made our wedding run behind. I bet it was a fluke but still a service to be polite and welcoming... -

We could not be happier with our decision to book Epic Limo to drive our bridal party around on our wedding day. Sarah was so responsive to every email and question I had, they were super accommodating to the slight changes in timeline we needed to make. Both our limo drives on the day were fantastic and our bridal party loved them. Highly recommend them for any transportation needs.Epic Limo's reply:

Having a limo on the day was a fun touch and Epic checked the boxes, getting us from point A to B! Leading up to the day, their team was very flexibly and easy to work with (especially with date changes due to Covid). Day of, the driver was nice but didn’t really go out of his way to make the day special or sure that we were comfortable (no mention of how to use the controls in the back or turn on music / the air.. It took half the drive for us to figure out how to turn the air on, we never figured out Music). He also wasn’t clear on the plan and told me I was wrong about our timeline before checking his paperwork and realizing I wasn’t. Overall, it was a fine enough experience but small efforts could have been made to make it amazing so it was a little disappointing in that regard but we made the best of it! -

I used epic limos for my wedding day and they were beyond amazing. During the booking process they were there to answer all my questions and provided me all the information I needed in a timely manner. During the day Kerry our driver, was there on time and transported my bridal party and guest safely to their destination. Very reasonable price for the day. -

We booked Epic Limo probably 3 weeks before the wedding!! They were super helpful and even called me to confirm the schedule so that they knew exactly what we needed! They split the time I was paying for so that I met minimums and didn't pay for time we weren't needing them! The driver was kind, helped us with bags, was always on time if not 5-10 minutes early, and even walked us to the door of our AirBnB when it was down a creepy side building! Would definitely recommend! -
