  My bridal party rented from 5 Star Limo/ 123 Limo this past Saturday for my bachelorette. The limo showed up 30 minutes late. While one of my BMs was calling the company no one answered. The girls had rented a stretch limo. A white party bus (if that's what you want to call it) showed up and they were told that the limo they had rented broke down and the bus was all they had left on the lot. They were made to pay $100 more than they were quoted. The A/C didn't work - it was hotter than hell and we were sweating. On the way home a different driver arrived with a stretch SUV. The radio didn't work well, the A/C was spotty, it smelled of urine and there was broken up chips all over the floor. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Would not recommend. Make sure you do your research.

  I don't even want to give these guys a 1 star, they don't deserve it! Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT book a limo from this establishment!!! We ordered a Hummer limo for prom and received a phone call from them 15 mins before they arrived letting us know that they were unable to get ahold of our hummer limo driver by phone and apparently he also had his gps turned off so they didn't want to leave us stranded and decided to send us a party bus (which I did not order) it looked like a wheel trans bus, dirty, no air conditioning (it was over 30 degrees out side!!!) no windows to open, boys were dripping with sweat and no sound system!!! The driver was sketchy, told my daughter twice she should get a piercing in her lip, told the 'kids' his paper work said that he was picking them up at 11pm, my daughter knew he was suppose to pick them up at 11:30pm so she asked to see the paper work which clearly stated 11:30 pick up. If you want to enjoy your special event do not use these guys, they are the worst of the worst!!! This limo drive will be memorable for all the wrong reasons!!!

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE..I was suppose to have a party bus..I had booked this over 1 a year before my wedding I was told it was the large party bus then was told it was the smaller one once they got my deposit..then on THE DAY OFF 1 1/2 HRS BEFORE MY WEDDING i get a call from the company saying my bus was "broken down" it was "not starting" and that they would give me a stretch Hummer..I DID NOT WANT NO STUPID HUMMER I HATE HUMMERS!!!! I had no choice in the matter...the driver was horrible...wreaked of smoke...constantly coughing...he did not have gloves on, no hat, did not pull out the red carpet, no just married sign, he did not get ice so that we would have cold water or champagne..when we got out of church and took our pics with the champagne it tasted like we were drinking hot pee..it was hot that day and the guy didnt even go get ice before getting us as that was was he was supposed to do... he drove like a maniac my bridesmaid fell on top of my flowergirl... he was horrible..then when he went to pick up my husband to bring him to the church he told him and my father in law that our bus was in Montreal...soo what is the truth was it broken down or in Montreal...the Hummer looked like crap...no partition, speakers were static, no window buttons to control the window..AND TO TOP IT OFF NO WORKING AC.....shitty service..took me two and a half months after my wedding to get in touch with someone..and all I got was my depoist back which believe me wasnt that much compared to what crap I was given..They say that their Hummer costs more than a bus..well they need to get their facts straight most companies I called the Hummer was cheaper than a bus..a bus is bigger that a crappy Hummer...to top it off my hair got ruined because I kept hitting my head in that piece of tin crap...so now i lost out on the money spent on my hair..thanks 123 Limo...FOR NOTHING..Would never recommend them!!!
