  Jan was so wonderful to work with. She has a very calm temperament that makes you confident that whatever you had been worrying about will be no problem to solve. Jan was always extremely responsive and very very patient. Thank you so so so much!!!

  We booked Jan for the month-of planning package. She was very helpful throughout the entire process and fulfilled all of our requests without hesitation. We would definitely recommend her!

  A few weeks before our wedding we realized that there were simply too many details for us to coordinate the day of our wedding. For example, coordinating several different vendors and the reception space setup. Jan was recommended by our florist as a "day of" coordinator. Jan was excellent! She was experienced, calm, organized and very responsive.

  There are not enough nice and amazing things to say about Jan! Just from her website, she seemed like a fun and friendly person and I was so glad that when we met her we were not disappointed. Jan reminds me of myself...quiet at first but once you get to know her it's like you've known her forever. I'm so so thankful she was there to help with that last month of planning, especially since I decided to teach summer school until 2 days before my wedding! Jan made me and my husband feel so at ease and confident that our day would flow smoothly. She was so patient with my tons of emails and super organized, which I love. Jan really goes above and beyond to make sure your day is as stress free as possible. I had lots of little things to set up and she picked them up from my house and took care of everything. The whole day came together perfectly and I couldn't be more grateful. I would definitely recommend Jan as a wedding planner- she is the best! <3

  We used Jan's services for day of wedding coordination, and I would absolutely recommend her in a heartbeat. During the planning process, she asked great questions to help me prepare and think through the details, was extremely responsive and attentive to emails, and was flexible in her approach depending on what we needed. The day of the wedding, she took care of everything, allowing us to enjoy the day. We were extremely happy with our choice and think she is fantastic at what she does! :)

  Having Jan as a wedding planner is something couples will be very happy with. Jan may be very quiet at the first meeting, but don't let her fool you. Jan is absolutely passionate about being a wedding planner and helped us plan the wedding of our dreams. She is reliable, very easy to talk to and very detail oriented. She has a way to make us feel at ease... so much that we did not stress at all on our wedding day! She anticipates things that may be needed before we even ask for it. She's not the kind of wedding planner that attracts attention to herself - she just gets things done in the background like a ninja! ;) At the end of the wedding, it was bittersweet as we had got close to Jan. There is no one else who we would trust more to help plan and execute our most important day of our lives. :)

  Jan was a dream to work with. We are so glad that we found her to handle all the day-of coordination, but more than that, she started confirming everything for us 2 - 3 weeks beforehand. She was organized, calm and easy to communicate with! We have been to many weddings where the planner is curt, short or even rude to guests, but Jan was very professional and her serene personality was welcome on a day where there is so much going on. Jan went above and beyond what we expected and we could not recommend her more.

  Jan is a very professional event planner. She is super thoughtful, resourceful and helpful. We don't live in Toronto so we kind of plan our wedding in a long distance and Jan helps us find all the other vendors like florist, cake maker, photographer, wedding officiant, etc. She knows our style and we're very happy with the vendors she recommended. Jan is always one step ahead of us. She knows that it's difficult for us to make decision and talk to the vendors while we're aboard so she tries to plan things out for us and makes us feel a lot easier. Thanks so much for making our wedding the way we want it!

Jan was always available when I needed her, calling me or meeting with me along the way to ensure everything was in place. In the end, literally everything about my wedding day was perfect and I have Jan to thank for ensuring it all came together. Most importantly, Jan is a wonderful women and it was such a pleasure working and getting to know her. I would recommend Jan and Willow Rose Events any day!

  Jan was more than the planner for our daughters wedding! In the process she became a member of our family! The details were just as important to Jan as they were to us. You can count on Jan to respond immediately and always have a solution to any question. I just let Jan guide us, and on the day of everything was gorgeous, on time and flowed beautifully. She worked with our many vendors in a positive, productive manner and the finished product was something out of a movie set! Absolutely stunning and the aura was that of love, and many positive memorable emotions.
  I have one more daughter that when her time comes Jan will be the first person I call! Thank you Jan for one of the most beautiful and memorable days of my families life!
