Kashish was amazing—honestly, we don’t know how we would’ve managed the day without her. Our venue was on Toronto islands, so logistics weren't straight forward, but she helped ensure it all ran smoothly.

Throughout the planning, she kept us on top of all the little details and was always so positive. She made sure everything we wanted was included.

We loved having access to all the digital materials they provided, and Kashish was always there whenever we needed her.

On the big day, she was fantastic, keeping everything on track and making sure we were all where we needed to be at the right time.

Jasmine is calm and tentative to her brides. The experience I had with Jasmine was warm, welcoming she literally feels like one of the girlfriends. Her check in with me every week, to see where things were in the wedding, showed she really cares. From the first time I met with Jasmine she was extremely caring and detailed oriented. Jasmine was so easy to talk to and communicate with in our detail meetings and was more then supporting for whatever crazy issue or crazy idea I had created!

To the very last minute of the night she was great with set up and tear down and ensuring we were covered in all aspects of the wedding. She really put total effort as almost like we were her family which made it even more special.

Our wedding day would not have as enjoyable for us or our family without Jasmine's help. We DIY'd all of our flowers and most of our decor and didn't want our family to have to do set up and tear down so we needed a month-of coordinator.
Jasmine's attention to detail was amazing from our first meeting. We met for over an hour, a month before our wedding and then half an hour each subsequent week leading up to the day. More information was filled out each time, and she took extensive notes. She always got back to us within hours of us reaching out to her. Jasmine took the time to connect directly with our vendors and make sure everyone was on the same page by the day of the wedding. Leveraging her personal relationships and kind personality, she was able to help make sure our wedding went off without hitch (and there were indeed obstacles).
Jasmine went above and beyond by helping our out of town family members book dinners in the days leading up to the wedding and helping them get in contact with local make up artists.
She picked up 15 boxes-worth of flowers and decor from my parent's house at 6:30am the day of the wedding, and we walked into the ceremony space later in the morning with everything looking fantastic and just as we had talked about in our calls.
Honestly, she is probably the best vendor we booked. Highly, highly, highly recommended, especially for those who are planning to DIY.

I want to start by saying that I researched wedding coordinators for weeks and made a list of 35 that I was planning to contact and meet with. We just got married at The Pearle Hotel & Spa, and Jasmine, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream!
