For clients who need help with the entire enterprise, Wedding Coordinators offers its "Ultimate Package" wherein it handles the wedding from the very beginning to the moment the reception ends. There is also the "Deluxe Package", offering much of the same service with a little less coverage. Packages offer the following:

Consultation, planning assistance, and coordination for the entire wedding day/ or for eight hours
Unlimited phone and email support
Venue check of ceremony and reception locations
Rehearsal attendance and direction
Management of ceremony and reception setup
Liaison with wedding vendors

Some clients may require only coordination services, having done most of the work themselves. In this case, the team will deliver all the coordination service you require in their "Custom Package", designed by you working in collaboration with the team.

We had always planned on enlisting help to run our special day so that we could relax and enjoy the festivities, but what we didn't realize is how badly we needed Desiree's help. In the final months leading up to the wedding, she seemed to ask all the right questions and fill in the gaps on details we hadn't even thought about. She was the perfect combination of being warm and comforting and extremely organized and on the ball. Her hard work and attention to detail ensured that our day ran smoothly and that we were able to spend the time with our loved ones. Thank-you Des for helping to keep us on track and for your dedication and long hours on our wedding day. We highly recommend Wedding Coordinators!

With our busy schedules and all the craziness that surrounds wedding planning, having Desiree to help was the best decision we made. She went above and beyond in every aspect of our day! She was amazing support throughout the entire planning process and her organizational skills and enthusiasm really made our day the way we wanted it. She was always available through emails, calls or texts. Not only did we have a wonderful wedding but we also gained a friend in the process :)

What can I say about Desiree our coordinator, except that she was AWESOME!

She was such a wonderful help during our wedding. She is fantastic because she really cares and it shows. Desiree, spent many times, talking with me over the phone, organizing things and making sure that all the details were there and in place. Everytime when I thought things would work out, she always went over it and made sure that it would flow just right. She is very organized, and pays great attention to detail. Also, she has such a warm personality that would just fit in with everyone, her sweet personality really does help get people motivated. She helped my husband and I so much and I just want to let you know, she can do the same for you.

I give Desiree top marks. She was truly invaluable in the planning of and execution of our special day.

My husband and I had a fairly large guest list (about 200) and quite a small budget - Des was there to help us with suggestions on how to maximize our money and time, every step along the way.

She provided excellent guidance on the timelines for planning (i.e. when should invitations be mailed, when should the venue be booked) and made sure we stayed on track all the way through. I was the type of bride that wanted my fingers in every single detail and she never faulted me for that. She gave recommendations and suggestions when necessary and we worked together as a team to create our dream wedding.

Not only was Des a super star planner, she also played task master on the wedding day. She knew our itinerary inside and out and was there with her 'stop watch' to make sure everyone was where they needed to be and when. Although every couple experiences a few hiccups leading up to their big day, I can honestly say that our ceremony and reception all went off without a hitch - thanks to Desiree.

I would recommend Desiree to any bride who would like to take the stress off in the wedding planning process. And let's be honest - what bride doesn't want that?

Our wedding day was perfect! It was calm, fun, loud, emotional, organised, and God centered. All the things that we wanted it be, and so much more. Desiree ensured that our day was perfect. We are truly grateful for her services. She took the time to learn what we wanted and to understand what was important to us. This really showed when it came to making sure the reception hall looked fabulous, that our guests were kept happy and organised, and the ceremony went off without any bloopers!
She's incredibly organised which meant so much to me on the day because I was able to fully relax and trust that she had my day under control. I knew things would happen the way I wanted them to because Desiree was in charge!
I would recommend her services to anyone who wants their wedding day to be perfectly unique, and custom made just for you.

We retained Desiree's services on our Special Day knowing that she would handle any of the "small but potentially problematic" things that might occur on our wedding day - despite all our planning. And are we were glad we did! We never knew how many last minute decisions needed to be made.

Desiree's attention to detail and ability to handle the scheduling of the day allowed us to focus on our guests and fully enjoy our wedding celebration.

It was a pleasure working with Desiree throughout the entire process "of getting married". We wanted someone who would take care of the "small things" on our wedding day, You know, all the last minute questions, that we didn't want to deal with. We wanted to focus on what we were committing to and on each other, not on where the cake should go.

Desiree, was amazing. She reduced the level of stress that always surrounds a wedding day and helped us to enjoy our celebration with family and friends.

After all the planning and preparation, we wanted to ensure we could relax and enjoy every minute of our special day. With the help of Desiree of Wedding Coordinators, our wedding was a tremendous success!

Having Desiree coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire process. Des took the time to listen and understand our needs, and although we had already planned many of the major aspects of the day, she guided us to focus on the seemingly smaller, yet important, details that might have otherwise been overlooked. Thanks to her enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail, our day was perfect!
