Gael exceeded my expectations. I had absolutely no clue how much went into planning and properly executing a wedding, I thought I had everything ready to go and organized and she completely blew my mind (in the best way). I went from thinking I didn't need a coordinator to "what would I have done without one". From the first time we spoke on the phone I knew she was the one! We clicked instantly, and it was like talking to a friend I've known forever. Her attention to all the small details that the average person would never think of are amazing! I kept saying throughout the process that I literally don't know what I would have done without her, especially because we were planning our wedding from across the country. The day went absolutely perfect, and any little hiccups along the way she dealt with such professionalism and made sure it didn't cause any stress on me. From the month before to they day of right before walking down the aisle she put me at complete ease! I can't say enough about Gael and her team. Thank you for everything! -

We used Gael for our florals/decor, and day-of coordination and are so glad we did! She was so lovely to work with, did an amazing job with the florals/decor, and was SO much help on the day! There are so many things that I would have missed if she had not been there to stay on top of every detail. She and her assistant really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you Gael and Fernanda! -

Gael and her team went above and beyond to make a perfect aesthetic for our wedding. Gael listened to exactly what I wanted and worked with me through the whole process to make sure the vision was exactly what I wanted. When it came to the wedding day everything looked better than I could have imagined. Even for value I have to say I was so beyond impressed for what true mate was able to produce. It’s all in the details and they were all found. Thank you for making my fairytale dreams come true -

Gael was wonderful. She truly understood my anxiety and when I was overwhelmed. She was patient with me and helpful during rehearsal and the day of the wedding. I appreciate her help & her assistants help as well.

My now husband and I used Gaels services for our month of coordination but also for florals, decor and also for our cake/cupcakes. From the first meeting Gael was so easy to talk to and provided me with so many different ideas as well as guidance. Despite having to reschedule our date three times due to covid, Gael was so flexible and took so much stress away from us. The timeline Gael created was so detailed and easy to follow and I knew right away that our wedding was going to run smoothly. On the day of Gael and her assistant Lia made our ceremony and reception space look absolutely incredible and everything went on as planned. We were both able just to focus on enjoying the day with our friends and family and I could not have imagined our wedding going any better. I would 150% recommend using Gael for any wedding planning/ coordinating and am so grateful to her and her team.
