They begin with sourcing and finding you the perfect venue to host your amazing event as well as managing a full planning schedule to ensure you are completely in the loop with which elements we will be tackling first. They source and manage all your logistical vendors as well as create a totally gorgeous and completely detailed design plan (with your budget in mind), that covers every single design detail needed to give your wedding that special touch and overall wow-factor. This package is perfect for couples who have no idea where to start or how to plan their day to achieve all their Pinterest board dream. They've got all your pretty needs covered!
• A la carte: Their A La Carte package is for the couple who needs a little of this and a little of that, and who require services that cross between the two packages. This package begins with The Month & More package and can be layered with their logistics or design package to fit the clients’ exact needs. From place settings to floral design, this package allows you achieve a perfectly executed wedding with the added elegance of professional design and styling services.
• Month-of coordination: Begins 6 weeks out from the wedding date where a talented member of their Day-Of Planning Team will be assigned to your event and meet with you to go through all the details of your day. From there they guide you through any last steps or loose ends of your decor and wedding to help you make the last few details perfect! Their team will suggest vendors and quote on some final touches as well as give some last minute consulting on details like napkin fold, placement of favours and floor plan etc. They will attend your final details meeting with your venue to ensure that all your needs are met and that setup details are confirmed. Your planner will go through all your decor with you at a private meeting and pick up your personal and/or crafted decor items from you the week of the event to deliver to the venue for you. And finally, your planner is there to cue your rehearsal, and set up and execute your beautiful and personal wedding vision to perfection!
