Simona is amazing!

Simona was recommended to me through a mutual friend. She was my month of/day of coordinator and also helped me do a bit of pre-planning. Even though I am a project manager, I was not prepared for all the hundred of big and many minor details that you need to plan, organize and prepare for. Simona definitely saved me. She is so professional and organized - all my other vendors loved working with her as well. One of my biggest pet peeves at most weddings is how delayed some things can be, whether it’s ceremony, reception, photos, dinner, etc… but I do understand sometimes things are out of our control. For my wedding day, Simona made sure the timeline was followed and kept everyone on schedule. It was amazing -I felt so secure with her and didn’t have to worry about anything other than showing up! She is phenomenal, thanks again Simona!

Simona is Amazing!

Simona and her team are incredible! They made sure everything went perfect. From all the details, the decor, the pictures …everything! We are so glad to have had them be part of our wedding day! Incredibly thankful for this amazing day-of coordinator!

Simona was such a dram to work with! She executed our day flawlessly and with such grace. Her style and ability to bring our vision to life is like none other. She did a fantastic job at tackling some unforeseen circumstances, professionally and diligently while keeping a big smile on her face. She kept the day running so smoothly and never skipped a beat. Simona took all my worries and fears away by being there every step of the way, and planning everything down to the last teeny tiny detail! Truly such a magical day, and we could not be more thankful to have Simona.

Over and above...Beyond our expectations!

It is difficult to put a value on the work and stress that Simona saved us from start to finish. Simona's experience, guidance, knowledge and calm demeanor was invaluable to our wedding planning. Nothing was impossible; everything was doable.
With Simona's help, we were able to put together a flawless event in 2 months on a scale that would take most people 6-8 months. The attention to detail ensured perfection; nothing was forgotten. Simona was on top of every task and detail, and given the extreme timeline with a lot of moving parts, this was impressive. Certainly “top of class” and all with a smile.
Many of our guests described our evening as “magical”. A million thanks to Simona and her team!!

SIMONA IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Simona is the best wedding planner! After trying and failing to plan my own wedding three times (each time attempt was cancelled due to money issues, family issues, and pandemic issues), I finally hired a wedding planner. I'm soooooooo happy that we found Simona! She is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and just generally awesome. From day 1, Simona was on top of everything, asking us specific and relevant questions, pointing out what we needed to do ASAP and what could wait, asking us about details that I hadn't even thought of, communicating with all the vendors, and staying on top of everyone - vendors, bride, groom, wedding party - to ensure that the wedding went smoothly and happily. Everyone told me how awesome Simona was, including my hair and make-up artist, DJ, and mother - none of whom are easy to impress. Simona was with us every step of the way. When I had a disagreement with the DJ two days before the wedding, she found us someone new. When I texted Simona on the morning of the wedding to say I was panicking about my hair low lights, the potential for rain in the forecast, and my lack of sleep, Simona wrote back right away to say that my hair artist would emphasize my highlights, Simona would get me an espresso, and she got another tent delivered within the hour. Even as I write this, my sister is commenting that my wedding would have completely fallen apart without Simona. I recommend her 1000%

Absolutely amazing!

I do not know what we would have done without Simona & her team!! During our meetings prior to the wedding, she ensured that EVERYTHING had been thought of - things I would never think about that were so important, down to the littlest detail. Her team put together our decor at the venue & ensured the entire day ran smoothly and it was an absolute dream. Everything went perfect because of her & I couldn't be more grateful!! Thank you!!!

You need a day of coordinator

Simona was very easy to work with. She made sure that as much as possible was taken care of and out of our hands the day of the wedding. It was nice to have someone calm around, among all the stress. Would recommend her to anyone having a wedding.

Highly recommend!

We hired Simona to be our month-of/day-of coordinator for our wedding! Simona was great to chat with, and very helpful with everything from setting up our itinerary, contacting our vendors, and taking off stress from me, the bride :). We were so lucky to have Simona there on the day-of, as she was vital in helping to make our first-look seamless, and making sure the day ran smoothly. We both felt very comfortable and relaxed knowing she was in control. Highly recommend Simona for your wedding planning needs :)

Beat Decision!

Hiring Simona to assist with our wedding was one of the best decisions we made.

As soon as we had our first phone call, it was evident that she was knowledgeable and experienced. She asked all of the right questions and more to understand our plan for the day, and offered very valuable advice. For example, we ended up choosing two vendors that she suggested to us that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise.

In addition to her expertise, Simona was incredibly organized and we knew that we were in good hands. Although things started to “pick up” in the month leading up to our wedding, having her assistance with last minute coordination and organization helped us immensely.

She was our MVP on the day of our wedding! In addition to an off-site “first look”, we had both the ceremony and reception at the same venue with a room flip in between. With so much happening in a short amount of time, we have no doubt that we would have been lost without her. She kept us on perfectly on schedule and everything went off without a hitch.

We were so sad to say goodbye to her at the end of the night as she was such an integral part of our special day.

Thank you so much again, Simona!!!

Owner and Lead Coordinator

Simona has graduated from the Business Administration program with a Marketing and Accounting Major.

Simona has over twelve years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked in all aspects of the food and beverage sector to understand these components of any event. She started her career at the Hilton Suites and moved on to work as an Event and Community Relations Coordinator for a major restaurant chain in Canada. She’s also worked with a Kosher Catering company and Event Venues. She was certified by WPIC in 2014 as a certified wedding coordinator and has been exploring her passion for wedding and event planning ever since.

Cynthia is a certified Project Manager (PMP) with over 8 years of event planning experience in the corporate, non-profit, and social space. She was certified by the Weddings Planners Institute of Canada in the Spring of 2019 and has been living and breathing weddings since 2017.

Cynthia strives to provide a stress-free and enjoyable experience for all her events and is ready to do all it takes to ensure that happens!

In addition to her passion for love stories, Cynthia is quite passionate about rescue animals and all things food!

Vanessa is an early year's Educator turned event planner. With many years working with children and families and planning activities and theme projects for children, this is where her love of planning came to be. Vanessa took the WPIC course in 2019 and is now is a corporate planner and assisting with weddings on the side.
