Aysia was absolutely fantastic planning our wedding! She was easy to get along with, had amazing ideas, and was always easy to contact. I gave her a basic idea of my vision for decorations and she made it even better than I could have imagined! She kept thinking of things we wouldn't have thought of, and her and her amazing team made the whole day go so smoothly! If there was an issue, it was solved before we even knew there was an issue. I would absolutely recommend Aysia and her team to any friend. -

Aysia was so wonderful to work with! We knew that we wanted to plan a majority of our wedding on our own then bring someone in closer to the wedding day so we could sit back and relax a little bit. Aysia was so kind and compassionate! She was incredibly organized and prompt any time we had a question and gave great advice if we needed a bit of guidance. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I give a majority of the credit to Aysia and her team. They were all so hardworking and efficient and all of our spaces were decorated exactly how I had envisioned them in my head. We're so grateful to have had Aysia on our special day!! -

We did not exaggerate when we told our those gathered for our wedding that we wouldn’t had a wedding at all - let alone as joyous, emotional, and memorable - without Aysia. When we came to Aysia about becoming our wedding planner, we really had no idea what we wanted or what needed to be done to get the event off the ground. Aysia took the time to get to know us personally, form our vague ideas into a unified vision, and then organize them into concrete results. She ensured each choice was fully considered and made in orderly fashion. When we panicked, she assured us that progress was being made, while directing our attention to areas that truly needed it. When we got sidetracked, she managed to get something useful out of the tangent.
Her network of vendors was exceptionally strong. Each vendor that she suggested to us had a strong eye for detail, exemplary customer service, and were generally a delight to work with. She also helped us to find some vendors at the last minute, as a key vendor was forced to cancel within a week of the wedding. Aysia was able to find replacements within a day’s notice who went above and beyond on short notice, demonstrating her strong emergency management skills.
She also went above and beyond during the wedding itself. Aysia laid out an easy-to-follow dayplan, and had her team organized such that we didn’t have to think about the reception until it was time to make our grand entrance. When the venue’s AV staff failed, her staff were able to smooth over the issue. She even helped the bride fix her dress during the reception. Aysia and her team really felt like part of the party.
Overall, I’m kind of sad it’s over because she was such a great person to work with. She was instrumental in planning the best day of our lives. We would whole-heartedly recommend Aysia as a wedding planner.

Aysia is amazing!! We worked with her for over a year and a half to completely plan our wedding. She was always there for us with fresh ideas and has fantastic attention to detail. On the wedding day, the ceremony and the reception went so smoothly thanks to Aysia and her assistant. We really could not have done it without her. I highly recommend Sea Tree Weddings! -

We hired Seatree as a “Month of Coordinator” for our wedding ceremony, reception dinner and dance party. Aysia and her team went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. They were friendly, down to earth, professional, and adaptable. We couldn’t have pulled off our wedding without them! They made us feel comfortable right away, and fit right in with our family and friends who were helping. Aysia and her team coordinated our rehearsal and ran our wedding ceremony perfectly on the day, including the set up and takedown of the chairs, at a rather large outdoor venue which would have been complicated to manage ourselves. Aysia understood everything we wanted in terms of the décor and vibe of the reception and dance party afterward, and helped us set up and take down (including setting up the night before). As promised, at the end of the night, they had taken down and packed everything at our reception venue stealthily and in the same way it had all arrived. She was responsive and available through the whole weekend, and trouble-shooted when we had to deal with a few unexpected curveballs. Aysia and her team worked well with our other vendors, serving staff and bartenders. She filled in the gaps and missing pieces easily and intuitively. There were so many little yet very important things she did that helped that it would take several paragraphs to explain it all! I would highly recommend Aysia and Seatree Weddings and Events to anyone wanting their wedding or event to run smoothly.

Aysia and her team were so amazing! I am so happy I hired Sea Tree Weddings. She helped so much the month before my wedding. Giving me such great advice, and always there when I needed her. She took such an incredible amount of stress off the day before and the day of my wedding. There was nothing to worry about the day of my wedding, and her and her team worked so hard the morning of to put the finishing touches on everything. She has a very calming presence, and will make sure you have nothing to worry about. -

I booked a consultation with Aysia as I just wanted to check in with someone experienced in this industry to make sure I was on the right track with my planning. She was very responsive via e-mail. At our virtual meeting, she was very easy to talk with while being professional and full of practical and creative tips. After just one hour I came away with a better overall vision and a better grasp of many of the details I had been struggling with. Based on this, I am confident Aysia is an excellent full or day of planner as well (unfortunately just not available for my wedding date!) -

Thanks to Aysia and her team at Sea Tree Weddings, my partner and I had the MOST amazing wedding! We decided early on to get a day-of coordinator to help relieve the stress of managing family members, friends, and vendors the weekend of the wedding and in the month leading up to it. Since we had an out of town wedding in Port Renfrew, the coordination was that much more time and energy consuming and Sea Tree Weddings made it both easy and enjoyable for my husband and I. I very highly recommend that brides to go the route of hiring a day-of coordinator or planner to take away the stress on your perfect day, and above all I recommend Sea Tree Weddings for their attention to detail, knowledge of the industry, and ability to seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the wedding!
