Royal Events by Celyne Rook

As a second time around bride, I knew I wanted a coordinator for my wedding day (something I did not have for my first wedding). With only 6 months from engagement to wedding, there was no time to waste! Working with her was a delight and she kept me on my toes throughout the whole process: asked me things I didn’t even know I needed to think about, came to meetings at the venue with the caterer and the venue event planner, worked with all vendors to put together a timeline for the day etc.

When the big day finally arrived, we only had 2 hours to set up the venue and she was there to assist – my mother and aunts made the cake and the sweets, knowing Celyne was there to oversee everything also meant that they had one point of contact and would not have to worry about anything else. When the bridal party was running slightly behind schedule, I had my maid-of-honour call Celyne to keep her updated of our arrival time so she could alert the other vendors.

Having Celyne at the wedding meant I didn’t have to worry – I knew she had it under control. If anything came up, vendors would go directly to her, not to myself or the groom. She also made sure my glass was filled with champagne at all times (very important!), kept track of the time for cake cutting, pictures etc and took care of the gifts.

Our wedding day was perfect! Thanks Celyne for keeping it all together!
