Carmen was great to work with from start to finish and she ensured that everything we envisioned was executed properly!

When I got engaged in July 2021, I knew immediately that I wanted to ask Carmen to be on board as our Day of Coordinator. She was the Day of Coordinator for my sister's wedding in July 2018 and she did an amazing job.

Carmen was great to communicate with from the start and was always there to answer any little questions I had as a clueless bride starting the planning process. Throughout the time from hiring her to our wedding in August 2023, she was always there to provide an expert opinion. Closer to the wedding day, she began to help heavily in the coordinating process with our other vendors. This was great as it helped lift some stress off of our plates knowing that our vendors will be well taken care of and ensure that our visions with each of them would be executed with the help of Carmen. We greatly appreciated that Carmen really went above and beyond what we ever imagined to help ensure that all of our DIY items and late night snacks were taken care of.

We highly recommend Royal City Events and Carmen for your Day of Coordinator needs. Also - hire a Day of Coordinator, there is no reason to need to stress that everything is taken care of on your big day!

Gave us our perfect wedding

Carmen was a dream come true. Our wedding was perfect, and it was honestly thanks to her. She was professional, immensely talented, and just an absolute joy to work with. Every step of the way, she had our backs and made us feel completely supported. She made herself available any time we needed her, and made sure to be involved with all of our vendors and each part of the process. From vendor coordination, to planning and scheduling, to set-up and take down, and just handling all of the small things so we didn't have to worry about anything, she got it done (and so well). Like, there are so many things to rave about - She decorated our venue exactly how we imagined, ran out and got us extra ice when we ran out, found us a great option for a bartender when we were struggling, and so much more... The point is, just hire her. You won't regret it.

Amazing!!!!

We hired Royal City Events to help with our day-of coordination. Carmen and Maria were amazing and were so helpful before and on the day of our wedding! Maria was there from the beginning to the end helping with set-up and take-down, and always checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend them to all of my friends for DOC services! Thank you!

Highly Recommend!

We hired Carmen as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! She was so passionate about helping us create our perfect day, and her support was irreplaceable. She really goes above and beyond; countless emails, thoughtful suggestions, and she was so flexible as last minute changes arose. Highly recommend! My husband and I could sit back and enjoy our wedding knowing that everything was taken care of :)

Fantastic to work with

Carmen and her team did a fantastic job with my wedding - they were organized and super helpful during the wedding planning process. I asked her for advice on decorations and she gave me fantastic tips! She helped me with everything on the wedding day and made sure things ran smoothly and in a timely manner. I am so grateful for her assistance as I was able to enjoy the day fully without worrying about anything. She is super dependable and I would highly recommend Royal City Events!

The best!

I could not be more thankful for everything Carmen did for us leading up to and on our wedding day. Due to unforeseen circumstances with a previous wedding coordinator, I got in touch with Carmen only a couple of weeks before our wedding through a recommendation in a Wedding group on fb- and thank goodness I did. She is amazing to work with! There was tons of communication leading up to our day and I really don't know how we would have survived the day without her. She pulled everything together - coordinated with vendors, ensured our timeline went as planned, and practically set up our entire venue! In every interaction Carmen made me feel at ease, she took control when she needed to and honestly went above and beyond all of my expectations.

Carmen, thank you is not enough! It was a pleasure getting to know you and from the bottom of our hearts thank you. You helped make the wedding of our dreams.
