I booked red carpet affairs for partial planning for my Hindu and Catholic Wedding. While I had done a lot of work myself prior to booking red carpet affairs, once booked they immediately gave me peace of mind which is worth every dollar spent. They helped me get all the left over items I had not dealt with in order and completed. They were amazing when it came to get our schedule and itinerary in order and were my wedding angels the day of both weddings. I was able to enjoy both events knowing they had everything under control at the venues, during the event etc. They were amazing, so worth it, and for my sister and cousins who will be getting married in the next couple years I will ensure to be referring my family to Red Carpet Affairs!!!

Sara and Lina (plus others!) from Red Carpet Affairs organized our Mehndi and Shaadi events in May 2017.
Background: I am Pakistani born, and my wife is Irish Canadian. Not only that, we both lived in the states, and my parents lived in western Canada. And finally, we are both extremely picky about everything (Type A personalities). Meaning, neither of us had any idea of what went into Pakistani events, and were basically unable to see anything in person, not the venue, the decor, anything. Red Carpet Affairs, therefore, had to start with us from scratch.
These guys were truly incredible. We had a WhatsApp group where they were available almost 24/7! They started off with sending us the most basic skeleton of what we actually needed to look at. Namely, overall decor, photographer/videographer. They would send us options based on our very picky criteria for each, communicate with them about prices, and were extremely accommodating of us. They met with vendors for everything when we weren’t able to, and communicated with us about all of it.
As we got closer to the event, they sent us reminders and kept us on schedule, then over time started discussing choices in more detail, got into flowers and color schemes, specific details about Mehndi such as the guys with drums, details about the DJs and song selection. Throughout this they were talking to every vendor, sending us pictures and videos, and reminding us about our own responsibilities.
On the days prior to and the days of the events, they were truly spectacular, even answering some highly anxious very late night texts. They took care of all the little details, and when there were the inevitable minor issues they helped manage them, but more importantly helped manage US and put things into context.
To summarize, we had no idea of what the weddings involved, weren’t even in the same country, and were extremely picky about everything. Sara, Lina, and the RCA team managed all of that, and helped give us some of the happiest days of our lives.
We would highly recommend them.
