  Terrible service

  Right after the ceremony, it was time to take photos. Since my lipstick was all gone from kissing my groom, I asked Ashley to get my purse which had been locked away. She told me I looked “fine” and refused to get my bag. I couldn’t leave the area to get it myself; and as a result, I was forced to start the photo shoot (which we paid over 5K for) without any lipstick/lipgloss. To some, it’s not a big deal, but on your wedding day, it’s a big deal. Further, kids were screaming during speeches and she was asked to ask the parents to have the kids play in the hall. She also did not attend to that matter. Overall, waste of money and terrible experience.
