My husband and I were SO unbelievably lucky to have had Sydney as our wedding coordinator. We signed up for the 7-week takeover package, and it was hands down one of the best decision we made in our wedding journey. We met with several wedding coordinators before signing on with Sydney - what sealed the deal was how excited, positive and calming Sydney made us feel from the very start. We booked a property only wedding venue, and had to bring in all the rentals + vendors in ourselves, and Sydney was literally a god sent from above. We had so many questions in the days leading up, and every single email was responded to very timely, and made us feel so at ease and reassured. On the actual day, Sydney literally worked harder than maybe anyone I have ever witnessed (no joke, ever). Every. single. thing. was carried out to perfection, and she made our day go by seamlessly. We hired Sydney for the month of coordination package and were blown away by her organization, communication, and professionalism. Sydney and her team helped us with our set up and take down on our wedding day and went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. From helping bustle my dress, to playing DJ, to building a cozy fire, there is nothing she can't do!

Sydney went above and beyond as our wedding planner. We hired her as our 6 week out planner and that took a lot of weigh of the day off my shoulders. Sydney was the best decision I made for this wedding, other than saying yes to my husband of course! She gave us great suggestions from our initial meeting and she is a supportive, fun and positive person to work with! She communicates well with all vendors and makes sure no detail is forgotten. I trusted her with everything and she delivered! On the day she and her assistant helped my guests call cabs/ organize transportation and anything else they needed. I can't begin to explain how amazed I was with Sydney at Powerful Events! From our very first meeting, she was so excited and was full of knowledge and advice!
Leading up to my wedding day, Sydney was there to alleviate all the stress that crept up as the day got closer and closer. Ranging from helping with the decor and set up, to liaising with all my vendors and important family members.

Sydney is absolutely incredible at what she does and we couldn’t be more grateful for her presence on our special day! Everything was managed and handled with the utmost care and attention to detail! Sydney went above and beyond to protect our florals from a hail storm right before our ceremony, and then rushed around drying the chairs for our guests! She provided fantastic advice and expertise, was a delight to interact with leading up to the wedding, and was prepared for anything the day of! I would recommend her a million times over!

Sydney was such a pleasure to work with, and was one of the only coordinators able to accommodate my setup request for my wedding ceremony. We had Sydney as our day of coordinator for our wedding day and she was the sweetest human ever! She was always calm, understanding and just made my husband and I feel stress free and at ease. She helped with decor on the wedding morning that we couldn’t finish and spent a good amount of time moving chairs during cocktail hour without asking for help! Looking back we should have helped her and her assistant but we appreciate everything they did to make the day flow and allow for us and guests to enjoy the event. She ensured my husband and I enjoyed food and drinks throughout the evening and made executive decisions such as doing sunset photos and capturing those magical moments. She didn’t seem like a wedding coordinator at all and simply felt like a friend throughout the entire hand off process and wedding day ! Highly recommend for friends and anyone for their wedding days!
