Professional and Friendly

Shweta was easy to work with and well-organized for our large Indian wedding. My partner and I felt comfortable having her in charge and she kept us updated throughout the day when it was necessary. Amazing wedding coordination services!

Shweta from Opulent Occasions was our wedding week planner for multiple events, and did an amazing job! Our entire week was so well organized, and most importantly everything ran on time! So many of our guests complimented on us how organized and timely everything was. As a bride, I was completely stress free leading up to my event which I loved! I was a stress free bride.

For my wedding I had some idea of what I wanted but didn’t have much for Shweta to work with. But she exceeded every expectation I had. She was able to design something far beyond what I imagined and not to mention how she was able to make my wedding day a breeze. If there was any mishap, I wouldn’t even know. She connected me to vendors that were passionate with what they do which made our day so special. I love her so much that I also had her plan my sister’s gender reveal party. Again, exceeded my expectation! Highly recommended Shweta.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, specializing in Human Resources and received the Wedding Planning Certification from the Wedding Planner Institute of Canada (WPICC) in 2016.

I personally work directly with each client to understand their vision, their needs and then provide support to execute a flawless event. I believe in starting the planning process early, setting target completion dates and celebrating the milestones as they are completed.
