We were so pleased with the service Jennilea provided as our Day Of Wedding Coordinator! There was so much going on that day, but she came prepared and kept everything organized and running smoothly. With very little direction, she knew exactly what we wanted and executed our vision perfectly. We were so impressed with how meticulous she was with everything, from prepping in advance of the day, to the last minute (and unexpected) items that came up at the venue. One of the biggest things that we didn’t know would take so much effort was organizing the various groups that we wanted to do photos with, but she jumped in and made sure everyone was ready to go to keep things on schedule and running smoothly. Without her, the stress levels on our big day would’ve been through the roof. She inspired a lot of confidence in us and as a result we were able to relax and enjoy every moment. If we could give her higher than 5 stars, we would - we HIGHLY recommend her for any event planning needs you may have!

Jennilea was amazing! I cannot recommend her enough she was completely on the ball for everything and completely supportive for everything I needed the day of the wedding. I wasn't concerned or worried one bit and everything was executed perfectly. She helped with the smallest of details and everything she touched was just perfect. I cannot say enough how professional and polite she was the entire time and all of the guests said the exact same thing! She was super helpful and worked with me (a zany Sagittarius bride) and helped last minute with a few items that were key!!! Hiring Jj to help us plan our plan and to make sure our day ran smoothly was the best thing we could have ever done. She helped us bring our vision to life and took care of every little detail so we wouldn’t have to. From making fans to ordering our save the dates and invites there’s nothing she wouldn’t do for us. On our wedding day we received many compliments on how smoothly everything ran and that was all thanks to JJ. She made sure we were all running on time, checked the venue to make sure it was decorated the way we wanted. Brought our daughter to us for pictures after her nap. Made sure we had food throughout the day, kept replenishing our drinks as well as our parents. I can’t even put into words how grateful we were for JJ. If you have just started planning or are in the thick of it and need a helping hand I would strongly recommend JJ and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Our wedding was planned in a very short time frame and it was a bit of an unusual situation because it was done at an Air BNB house. Without Jennilea at Niagara VIPs services we would have never been able to pull it off. She went above and beyond to make sure everything came together and all of the bases were covered. We hired Jennilea for our wedding, and words cannot express how grateful we are. She made the planning process so much more enjoyable and less stressful by thinking of everything and helping me navigate through all of the decisions that had to be made. She thought of so many things and asked questions about items that I had not even considered.

I had purchased several décor items that were to be set up throughout the hall for the wedding. I was beyond impressed when I saw Jennilea’s work. Coming from a perfectionist, I could not have asked for the setup of my décor items to look any better; it was beyond perfect.

During the photoshoot after our ceremony, Jennilea stopped by to check in on us. It was warm outside and we were thirsty as we had left everything on the bus. Jennilea went out of her way to buy us beverages (and she literally went out of her way, we were in a forest with nothing around us) and we were so appreciative.

Ultimately, as you can see from my post, I cannot recommend Jennilea enough. She is an angel and made my wedding day truly perfect. I would not change a single thing about that day, and I am certain it wouldn’t have been what it was without her.

Jennilea was a lifesafer on the day of my wedding! We weren't able to get into our venue the day prior so she went and set everything up for me at the reception on the day of and ensured the church was setup as well. She made sure all of my vendors were on time and that everything was completed. She visited the groom/groomsmen to make sure they were running on time and left at the right time. Knowing I had her made me worry free for the day and once I saw the venue I was blown away, she completely brought my vision to life! Thank you for being so awesome, I cannot thank you enough!

Deciding to have a wedding planner was an easy decision. There was always someone there who can help with the tough decisions, and also have a unbiased opinion. Many times I relied on my wedding planner for help with the planning, and words can not describe the value they added to our special day! The day of was extremely smooth and relaxing! If anything was an issue, the bridal party and family knew to find the wedding planner to take care of it. She helped with family photos, making sure our shot-list was looked after and in a timely manner. During photos, she had water bottles, an emergency kit & mints. All of which we unexpectedly needed ! At the reception, we had a few guests show up who did not RSVP. She looked after them, made sure they felt welcomed and knew where their table was. Having her with us during the day was an enormous help! I did not have to think, or worry about anything on our wedding day. The only focus I had was having the best time of our lives!! I recommend Niagara VIP over and over to friends who are looking to plan an event, or their wedding. 100% worth it all!!! Thank you Niagara VIP for making our day everything we hoped and dreamed of :) !
