10/10 would recommend!

Working with Maddie was so wonderful, it was 100% worth the investment and we would do it again in a heartbeat. She was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our wedding, and made us feel comfortable and confident that she would make our day a success. Everything looked amazing and ran so smoothly thanks to her and all of the work she put in, she truly helped us pull together the backyard cottage wedding of our dreams. It was so worthwhile to be able to enjoy our day without any stress and know that she would execute everything how we had envisioned. She is very knowledgeable about the industry and had lots of recommendations for vendors, decor, and all our little DIY projects. She is so friendly and truly dedicated to supporting her clients and helping them to plan the wedding day that they want. We got so many compliments from our family and friends about her and would definitely recommend her to other couples!

1000/10 would highly recommend

Where to begin, without Maddie our day would not have been possible. She was professional, dedicated, a ray of sunshine and absolutely fantastic. She will go above and beyond, to sing baby shark for your toddler to get a good smiling pictures. I cannot recommend her enough. It’s always one of the first things out of my mouth about our wedding “I could not have done it without Maddie” constantly reassuring me she would take care of everything . She was there to be a firm back up when I wanted specific things ,our day was absolute perfection because of her.

The best day of my life

Maddie is seriously THE BEST.
From start to finish, Maddie made everything about our wedding so effortless and relaxing.
She has such a creative mind and was so easy to work with.
I know our wedding would NOT have been the same without her!

She paid close attention to detail, extremely organized, competent and professional. She was also pretty dang hilarious!!

Anybody looking for a wedding planner.....you have found your girl!!!
I did not have to lift a finger the day of our wedding.. it was seriously the best day of my life. She is worth every single penny and MORE!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Maddie!
I wish I could do it all over again!

Hire her now! Trust me!

Ok, where to begin? The amount of compliments I could put in this review would probably crash googles servers. If you are on the edge about hiring a wedding coordinator. Stop thinking. Do it. You will not regret it. You can't put a price on the peace of mind Maddie was able to provide to my bride and me on our day. Not only was she incredible at negotiating and coordination all of our vendors (Food, venue, photographer, shuttle bus, the list goes on...) but she was able to catch issues with our planning well before they became problems. Without her, our guests would have had to drink wine right from the bottle!! Words don't even come close to expressing my gratitude for the lovely human, so I will just end this review by saying Thank you for making our day, absolute perfection. We will never forget it.

Exceptional!

We would rate Maddie 10 stars if we could! She is SO exceptionally well versed in wedding planning and committed to the couples she is helping. We are so glad our paths crossed when planning our intimate Muskoka ceremony in August! Maddie is friendly, responsive, attentive, professional, kind, and very very organized. She helped us every step of the way and her connections in the wedding industry know no bounds. Whatever you are looking for or hoping for, Maddie delivers over and beyond expectations. Maddie is someone you can trust and rely on when planning your wedding. She also meets you where you are and is clear in her tried and true processes so you always know where things stand and where you’re headed. I will add that it’s also great to have such a positive and reassuring wedding planner - Maddie puts you at ease when unexpected things arise! She helps maintain focus on what’s important and keeps things calm and so enjoyable and fun! Highly highly recommend working with Maddie for your big day!

Best Wedding Decision EVER!

I cannot say enough positive things about working with Maddie. My husband and I got married at Windermere House in Muskoka and hired Maddie to run point in the months leading up and on our wedding day. I am a very type-A person (a bit of a details freak) and often have a hard time letting someone else take control. With Maddie, I was able to comfortably take a back seat as I had full confidence she would do everything in her power to make our day special.

From going the extra mile at our rehearsal to becoming friends with our parents and wedding parties, to acting as a pseudo DJ, guarding our card box, keeping us on schedule, providing incredible vendor recommendations, always answering my texts/calls no matter how small a question I had, and SO much more, Maddie made our wedding perfect. The cherry on top was at the end of our wedding night, after already working a 16 hour day, Maddie was putting our welcome table decor away in our hotel room that was a bit of a disaster from the craziness of wedding day. She proceeded to clean it from top to bottom and left us the kindest note that she didn’t want us to wake up our first day married to a messy hotel. It was amazing.

Maddie’s kindness, dedication and genuinely kind soul are what make working with her so special. I 10/10 recommend her!

Best Wedding Planner!

Maddie was AMAZING to work with! I am so glad that we went the route of having a wedding planner, I don’t know what I would have done without her. Maddie helped us so much, from the day I reached out, to our in between meetings emails and then our big day - I was so relaxed and calm about the whole event because I knew everything was taken care of. I honestly cannot recommend Maddie enough. Her attention to detail is superb and she was able to bring together our vision with the most amazing vendor team! Our wedding was perfect and I cannot thank Maddie enough for being apart of our day and making our vision come to life.

Most amazing wedding planner out there!

Madeline was simply amazing! Not to mention that she is also the sweetest person and such a pleasure to deal with. Our wedding day went by seamlessly. From start to finish, Madeline executed our wedding flawlessly. I had full trust in her to take ownership of every task leading up to the big day. She was able to meet every deadline, timeline and coordinate with all vendors in a timeline manner. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect. From assisting the night before with setup, to ensuring that all teams were on schedule the morning of, to helping find that perfect first look spot, to having all guests seated and ready for both the ceremony and reception. I truly cannot thank her enough for her efforts in making our wedding day everything that we had hoped it could be and more. I can't imagine what our day would be without her help!

Our Superhero!


Working with Maddy was such a pleasure. She was so friendly and supportive right from the get go. Understanding that this was our Plan B wedding and alleviating some of the stresses around having to start from scratch! A Weight Off My Shoulders

Maddie was a true blessing for our wedding. She helped support me along the way with planning and finalizing details. Maddie made me feel at ease. As a control-freak, this can be a difficult task to do. We had a wonderful, smooth wedding and could truly enjoy the day. Hiring Maddie was one of the best decisions we made.

It’s so wonderful to e-meet you! I’m Maddie. A Muskoka, fine art wedding planner for the timeless and romantic couple.

I serve couples who value their time and don’t want the planning of their wedding to rob them from enjoying their life and engagement season.

I’ve found most couples have an idea or vision of how they want the day to look and feel but don’t realize the work it takes to execute a wedding. They are unsure of how to create their dream vendor team and choose decor that works together, let alone executing the day and keeping it all within budget.

Since 2016, I’ve provided my couples with an experience that takes their vision and feel from concept to reality. I work alongside you in a thoughtful, personable way that highlights your story, never overlooking a detail. You make the decisions, I keep the to-do list so you can live your life and together we create a wedding day you’ll never want to forget.
