Personal Service, Incredible Flowers!

Working with Kaitlyn was an absolute pleasure! We appreciated that she took the time to really get to know us and understand what we were looking for in our florals. From our first planning phone call to the last meeting before the wedding, everything was so so well thought out and planned. It was one thing on the day of the wedding that we did not have to worry about at all and were blown away by how beautiful everything was. Thank you for everything Kaitlyn!

Wedding Fairy Godmother and all around Incredible Person!

Kaitlyn Ellis Events, I am not a review writer but to be honest I had thought of writing this so many times but do not know where to start.

This beautiful human and her team are nothing short of amazing, if you hire Kaitlyn Ellis Events I promise you will only be left with happiness and in shock and awe in my personal opinion and experience!

From the first phone call I had with Kaitlyn until the days after our wedding she was and is phenomenal!

I am so grateful to have been able to find her and her team; she went so above and beyond, in my opinion of what most Wedding Coordinators do; from understanding and getting to know my husband and I as a couple to be able to create the most special, impressive, breathtaking and even, dare I say, magical event/day for us!

I felt there was not one thing I would change on our special day due to how detail oriented, organized and experienced Kaitlyn is as she grasped so many of even the smallest details from our conversations and my vision for our special day!

She makes her job look effortless because of the passion and love that she has for what she does!

In my opinion, there will always be little things here and there for Weddings or Events that we stress about as the Bride or Host of an event. I had gotten married in October 2020 when we were dealing with COVID-19. Originally, We had planned for a Spring wedding but with the Pandemic there were some changes made.

This in mind, I was stressed with a lot of restrictions, regulations and changes of the pandemic and then just your typical wedding stuff but what I really want to express is that there was not one thing on our day from the Pandemic Restrictions/Regulations, Setup, Take Down, Floral, Decor, Day Of or Flow of the Day that even crossed my mind due to Kaitlyn’s incredible ability to do her job and do it with the utmost of care, attention to detail in a timely and professional manner.

Honestly, I felt her calmness and passion rubbed off on me. She made my husband and I feel so at ease and due to this I really felt that we were given the gift of time.

Time to be able to enjoy a lot of the little moments in those few special days before, during and after our Wedding that I really feel we would not have been able to have as those few days go by so quick normally. Without any stress we were given so much more extra time to be in the moment and be present and just enjoy!

I truly feel you will not be left disappointed in any aspect of your event with Kaitlyn Ellis Events! I know I am so thankful still to have been able to plan and work on this day with this beautiful gem and her team!

There are not enough words to express how thankful we are to you and your team for making our special day literally feel like a fairytale!

Know how to make a girl cry much?! Nothing makes me happier then hearing that you and Ted felt taken care of throughout the entire planning process and were given the gift of time. It was truly a year of uncertainty and obstacles, which clearly shows that the strength of your love is much more powerful than this pandemic. Each phone call with you was such a treat - I'm going to miss them! You are also such a beautiful human, and I wish you two all the best in the years to come!!
