    Kaili has been extremely helpful in planning my daughter's destination wedding! She is very thorough, professional and helpful. She has answered a ton of questions from my daughter without delay or hesitation.
    She also did a fantastic job of finding options for us to pick from.
    What I appreciated the most was her flexibility to work with passengers from several provinces and even different travel dates. She never opted for the easy way out but rather to please the customer and assist them with what worked for each individual.
    She was easy to communicate with which is extremely important.

    Very quick to respond and made planning a wedding very less stressful because I knew I could trust her.
