  The best!!!

  Where to start?!! Zerlene is the cream of the crop when it comes to wedding planners. We interviewed several during the process and she was by far our favorite...and I am SO happy we chose her. She has worked tirelessly with me and my family over the past 3 years as our wedding festivities were postponed several times due to COVID19. She is so down to earth, personable and sweet. She is super organized and always on top of everything. We had a large wedding reception of 350+ people and she helped it go off flawlessly. One of the things I love the most about Zerlene is that she is incredibly understanding and patient, as with most typical Indian weddings my parents were VERY involved in the planning process and Zerlene was very respectful and patient and understanding of their vision and input. Her responses are also always very prompt and you never have to worry about the ball being dropped with her.. I really don't know how she does it all! If you're looking for a wedding or event planner then look no further, I would highly recommend Zerlene to anyone!! So much so that my siblings will definitely be using her for their future weddings.

  Would highly recommend - zerlene is amazing!

  Our wedding was a huge success and Zerlene helped with that BIG TIME. By the time the wedding came all of the details had been dealt with and on the actual day, she was on top of everything and provided us with peace of mind, so we could actually enjoy the wedding. Thank you SO MUCH Zerlene.

  Zerlene was amazing!

  Zerlene was easy to connect with from the beginning of our wedding planning process. She helped us pick the perfect destination down to helping us remember small details. She always made herself available to chat and was always calm and professional. Would highly recommend!!!

  Best Decision We Made!

  When we started planning our wedding without help, we were having a lot of issues with our vendors. There were a lot of promises made by vendors that were going back on their word. We decided that we needed a professional to help us get through our day...enter Zerlene. She was AMAZING on the day of the wedding and the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was so insightful, resourceful, communicative, and professional. She made our entire day stress free! We even had some DIY decor that she took care of setting up perfectly for us without any issues.
  
  If you need someone to get down to business and get things done, Zerlene is the coordinator for you. We will be recommending her to all of our friends getting married. Thank you so much for everything Zerlene, it was a pleasure working with you!!!

  Zerlene made my dream wedding a reality!

  Before any future bride starts to plan her wedding, she is nervous and excited about all of the pieces she must put together for the perfect day. If I could recommend ONE thing to all future brides, it would be to work with Zerlene, who makes wedding planning a stress free process! She is organized, warm, and has your (and your guests') best interest at heart. Her experience made me feel confident every step of the way and I really appreciated how quickly she answered our questions (10/10 customer service). I had a destination wedding in December 2023, which couldn't have happened without her! A friend of mine also worked with Zerlene for her local wedding and similarly had a fabulous experience. THANK YOU Zerlene, for making my dream wedding a reality!

  Zerlene made our day stress-free!

  Since we started with Zerlene, she has always been on the ball! She is meticulous in her details, set up our decor exactly how we wanted it, kept us on time throughout the day, and was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Impresario!

  Day of Planner -48ppl wedding

  Zoya was our day of planner and was an absolute rock star. Having her there truly made our day so seamless. She took on any little stresses and changes and was so sweet about it all. Was such a pleasure to have her part of our day.

  Working with Zerlene was everything I had hoped for and more. She's communicative, patient, professional and incredibly well connected and resourceful.
  
  
  She knows wedding protocol, venues and contacts and was incredibly helpful when it came to finalizing a wedding, especially with a guest (bride's sibling) who is living with special needs. She made sure all the final details were ironed out and I was so relaxed on my wedding day. Email her and book her, I can't recommend her enough.

  We hired Zerlene as a full wedding planner for our wedding in November 2023. It is safe to say she exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Her meticulous attention to detail, amazing vendor relationships, and customized recommendations went above and beyond. From the initial consultation to the last dance, we always felt like we were in great hands. The two things we liked most about working with Zerlene was her amazing Vendor recommendations (Photography, cake, invitations, etc.) and how easy it was to work with her. She operated at a pace that worked for us and ensured our vision was achieved! Highly recommended Impresario for help with planning your event!
