Emily Pollock - Amazing!

Impeccable service

Thank you Vanessa and Heyday for providing the most wonderful wedding day for us. Everytime any issue came to my mind Vanessa had already identified and sorted it. She was great at keeping in contact regularly leading up to the wedding and also on the day. Vanessa ensured our day was perfect and took every ounce of stress out of the day. Creative, enthusiastic and capable wedding coordinators!

We are SO, SO happy that we chose Hey Day Events to help us coordinate and plan our wedding on Galiano Island! From the moment we inquired about their services, Barb (owner) was swift in responding to our questions and helping us choose a package that would suit our wedding needs. We worked with Hailey who was AMAZING! She was friendly, enthusiastic and hard working! She was invested in our vision and showed creativity and problem solving skills to make things happen! With Hailey and her assistant’s help, our wedding day was completely stress-free, which allowed us to be present in the moment and soak up every moment of our special day. We highly recommend Hey Day Events and are so grateful to them for helping make our wedding day so wonderful!

Experience, attention to detail and customer service at its highest!

We had the pleasure of working with Barb, the owner of both HeyDay Events (day of coordination) and Sister company French Kiss Events (Wedding planning). From our first meeting we felt assured and excited to be working with Barb, she is so knowledgeable and prepared for every scenario and outcome. She also had great input on any decisions we were still trying to make and had valuable advice. Not to mention the areas we hadn't even thought of. Prior to the day she gathered all our vendor information and took charge of every situation. Having her by our side meant our day was completely stress free, we got to enjoy every moment of the day with our friends and family and importantly we didn't have to ask anything of our loved ones. Barb had it handled! I can't say enough about our experience with HeyDay and we tell everyone that HeyDay and our photographers were the best decisions we ever made.

Heyday helps make your day The Best Day!

We loved our experience with Heyday right from the first phone meeting with Barb. Heyday is highly connected with the best vendors in town & were always available to answer any questions. Paula is AMAZING and our day wouldn't have run as smoothly without her! If you're wondering whether you need a day-of coordinator team for your day, the answer is YES! Heyday is awesome!

Couldn't Have Done it Without Them!

I cannot rave enough about the whole Heyday staff. My initial phone conversation was with the owner Barb who immediately put me at ease and had the perfect combination of asking my input, and stepping in and letting me know what they could do to help the day go as smooth as possible. We were paired with our day of coordinator Hailey and we honestly could not have done the day without her. From running to get my veil as the ceremony was starting to texting my mother to remind her to get our cake topper out of the venues fridge at the end of night. Everyone kept asking who the wonderful women was running around making things happen. We hired a day of coordinator to make sure the day went smooth, but their were so many small details Hailey caught that were amazing that definitely went above and beyond her duties. I would not only recommend but force any one I knew getting married in Victoria to use Heyday events and specifically have Hailey =)
