Amazing Wedding Planners

We recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle at Fab Fate for our special day and cannot express how grateful we are for her incredible service. Michelle went above and beyond to make our special day a dream come true. From the very beginning she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication which made our wedding planning a stress-free and memorable experience. One of the standout qualities of Michelle was her unwavering support and responsiveness. Always with a very warm and welcoming demeaner and was always just a phone call or message away, ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. On the day of the wedding, Michelle and hear team were an absolute lifesaver. They coordinated every aspect of the event flawlessly, from the arrival of the vendors to the timing of the ceremony and reception. This allowed us to truly enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics. Her enthusiasm for making our day as perfect as possible was evident in everything she did. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fab Fetes services to any couple looking to create a truly magical and unforgettable wedding.

Kayla Shemesh - Rockstar Planner

Kayla was incredible from start to finish. She gave us great recommendation for vendors, was speedy in her responses to us, and made for a very smooth wedding day! We can’t thank her enough for her amazing work and friendship. Our guests remarked on how efficient everything was done and how seamless it appeared. Her communication with us and our vendors was of the highest quality. Our event would not have been as amazing as it was without her. We look forward to working with her again one day in the future.

If you are reading this book them!!!

My husband and I booked the month of day of package with FabFete and we couldn’t be any happier with the level of service we had planning our wedding! We worked with Danielle and she was an absolute dream to work with. We would have been so lost if it wasn’t for all of her expertise, experience and commitment. She was professional but all the while came across as genuine and caring as though we have been friends for a long time. I was really impressed with the amount of commitment she had when taking the time out of her schedule MONTHS Before our wedding to meet over endless zoom calls, even though it was only the month of/day of package we had booked. She helped alleviate a lot of stress and worry making sure the day went smoothly. To be honest, I always heard from people “don’t expect the day to be perfect - there will be something that doesn’t go right”…but in all honesty, we had zero complaints. The day was PERFECT. Every detail. The Itinerary that Danielle put together was executed flawlessly and I couldn’t believe how it all came together. She always ensured us that it would, and sure enough she stood by that 100%. We would highly recommend you booking with FabFete - we would do it all again if we had to!!!

Perfection

I have to say I have never used a party planner before but Tamara from Fab Fete blew me away . She was so.warm, super organized and NEVER complained about our emails/ questions . Her planned itinerary was amazing and yet she was flexible and always open to ideas .
My som was nervous about a party planner but let me say this.- Tamara made the bride ,groom and their families feel like they were her own family and she centered the day around keeping everyone calm,relaxed and on schedule .
Nothing fazed her and her assistant Tracy was a gem and in sinc with our needs.
You will love Fab Fete so do not hesitate to have them.as part of your special day .

Tamara did a great job!

Tamara was our event planner for our daughter’s wedding. We had the Gold package (month and day of coordination) and we couldn’t have done it without Tamara’s help. She was always available for questions leading up to the event and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day so it was completely stress free for my daughter and me. I highly recommend Tamara, her experience, knowledge, efficiency and pleasant demeanour would be an asset at any wedding!

We hired Christine from FabFete for month/day-of coordination. Right from our initial meeting, Christine presented as calm, welcoming, and confident; all the right qualities we were looking for. A month before the wedding we received access to a detailed Google Drive that helped us organize our vendors, speeches, floorplans and more. She helped coordinate last-minute details with our vendors, and take care of the day-of cash payments. On the day, she and her assistant Bonnie ran the show. As a hyper-organized, anxious, Type A bride, I was shocked by how little stress I felt on the day because I knew these two had things covered. When my dress ripped, Christine was there with her emergency kit. Bonnie made sure my Dog of Honour was fed and looked after. All of our décor was set up exactly as we wanted. They corralled and herded our families to make sure no one missed a special moment or speech during the reception. We ran on time (even early!). We wholeheartedly recommend FabFete, and especially Christine, to any couple that hopes to give up control of their day and yet still see their vision come to life, perfectly.
