It was a pleasure working with Events your Way! I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and service that they provided - absolutely excellent. We were completely stress-free on our wedding day knowing we were in great hands, and everything went so smoothly due in large part to their work. It took 3 months and several interviews with other day-of coordinators before we found Faye. I'm a huge believer in chemistry and as soon as I met Faye, I knew that she was "the one"! Besides being organized, polished, courteous and smart, Faye and Kyri were just very warm and kind people. We felt like we had invited our friends to our wedding- it never felt like they were hired vendors. For those of you skeptical about spending that extra money on a day-of coordinator, you will NOT regret it if you go with Faye! For us, it was between a dance floor decal or day-of coordination and I’m so glad we went with the latter. I don’t think that most brides and grooms truly realize how hectic the wedding day is going to be. No matter how organized/prepared my husband and I thought we were, Faye took care of so many things that were impossible to predict: our florist had forgotten to style the flowers a certain way so Faye made sure they fixed it (I was totally oblivious to this), we had extra wedding guests show up, she brought me a plate to eat when I was overwhelmed and hiding from my guests (haha) and when she saw that our reception was not running on schedule, she made some quick decisions and got the wedding back on track. These are only a few of the things that I’m aware of- I’m sure there were many other fires that Faye quietly put out for us! Thank you for everything, Faye and Kyri...you are just amazing!

At first Sean and I were unsure about hiring a wedding coordinator, since we are a DIY couple. After having our initial meeting with Faye, we realized that without her we would be lost. Faye went through all the little details with us that we never even thought about. Faye and her assistant went above and beyond to make our day exactly how we wanted it and we couldn't be happier with all of the help they provided. Thanks so much for everything you did for us! (And all the bridal party thanks you too!)

My husband and I were on the fence about having a day of coordinator. We DIY'd all our decor and tried to plan everything out ourselves. When it came to executing and planning for set up, take down and ensuring the timeline was followed we were at a loss as we did not want our wedding party to have to deal with it. We found EYW through recommendations and reviews. Faye was fantastic. She went above and beyond on our big day. We met twice before our wedding to go through everything. Faye is very professional, personable and flexible. Her and her partner set up our decor just as we wanted it. She helped keep our vendors on track. We couldnt have done it without her and her team. With only 1.5hr set up timeframe to work with, there wasn't much room for error. Faye & team did an AMAZING job and truly brought my vision to life, with no detail going unnoticed. We were married in March and used Faye for our day-of coordination. Afterwards I said that it was the best money we spent that day! You spend so much time and money getting ready for your wedding that you want everything to go smoothly. Faye allowed us to enjoy the day while she took care of so many small details (while checking in with you when needed). She placed decor, put on boutonnières, helped put the bridal party in order at the church, coordinated speeches, and I'm sure a thousand other things I didn't even know about! She even helped me put on my shoes for the first dance! Faye is a true gem and I would recommend her services to anyone getting married.Sent on 09/04/2017

Thank you Faye and Kyri for helping to make our wedding day so magical! Our day was incredible and you played such an integral role in making that happen. From coordination at the ceremony rehearsal, to communication with our vendors, to keeping everyone in the right place on our wedding day, you were amazing! Even the little things, like lining up the wedding party for the grand entrance or frequently checking up on us and our parents throughout the entire evening, truly kept us at ease. You were organized, professional, super responsive during the planning process, and beyond friendly to all of our family and friends! Faye and Kiri were absolutely amazing! I am so glad I stumbled across Events Your Way and made the decision to get in contact. We hired Faye as a "day of" coordinator and were blown away by how personable, professional, organized, and just so all-around-on-top-of-everything Faye and her partner both were!! My now-husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing, and the added bonus was that it honestly felt like we had two friends keeping an eye on things at our wedding, rather than people we had hired to do a job. We will 100000000% recommend Events Your Way to anyone we know getting married in the future. Trust me... even if you think you don't need a coordinator, you need a coordinator. What can I say about Faye...she was the fairy godmother I didn't know I needed. I was a huge DIY bride. I made pretty much everything myself (except for the cake and flowers). I had so many details and was concerned how everything would come together on the big day ( I am very 'type-A'). I originally did not think I needed a wedding coordinator, but boy was I wrong! Faye is an amazing wedding coordinator and she is also the most lovely person you will ever meet. Her and her assistant made sure that we were on time throughout the night according to our schedule. She set up my decor, made sure everything looked great throughout the night, and was on top of any issues that may have happened (i was not aware of anything going wrong...which is how it should be!). Faye made sure that the kitchen at Liberty Grand was in sync with our speech timing and photo ops, ensuring that our food came out hot and delicious for each guest. From the moment we hired Faye she was incredibly helpful and contacted all my vendors to make sure all deliveries were on time and that I didn't have to worry about a thing. On the wedding day I was able to relax and let her take charge, making sure that everything from securing the moneybox to lighting about a gazillion tealights (and keeping them lit!) was done and done perfectly. I thought I could do it all, but honestly, the day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Faye there. If you are unsure about hiring a wedding coordinator, I can tell you this; Faye is worth every penny, you will not regret it, and I would never host a large event without her again!Sent on 14/09/2016
