    No need to worry about their services, they make a dream a reality. You will not find any other place like events by Emma. An excellent customer service, a friendly environment, and a professional event planner.

    The Event by Emma team went far and beyond what I had asked them to do for my wedding. A few days before the wedding event we were notified that our reception ballroom construction was not completed for our event and needed to be moved to a separate location. Emma and her team assured me that everything would go smoothly and not to worry as they would still make my dreams come true. As another hiccup it rained all day and I was suppose to have an outdoor pool wedding ceremony and refused to accept we had to have inside so we waited until 1.5hrs before the ceremony start time to make the decision to move inside. The ladies knew how important it was for me to have a unique ceremony location so they made the impossible possible and had the ceremony at the locations indoor pool. Kicked everyone out and made my dream come true.

    When I walked through the building for both the ceremony and reception, the decorative detail surprised me at every new corner I turned. It was absolutely beautiful! They took the general feel and idea of what I wanted and created something that went beyond what I imagined it would be.

    As mentioned by other brides before me, their services were worth every penny. I cannot imagine having to have done all the planning and decorating without them. You will not regret using their services. They are wonderful people to work with; I want to thank Sasha, Holly and Emma for everything they did for our day.

    Events by Emma is the only decorator in Winnipeg that could make our wedding vision a reality. She really is talented and I would reccomend her to anyone looking to make their wedding truly unique. I found that the prices were very high but it was well worth it.

    Events by Emma was an absolute pleasure to work with to make our Dream Day come true. They were so easy to work with, very professional and had many amazing ideas to make our Wedding Day a reality. EBE exceeded our expectations and their final creation blew us away.

    Events by Emma did a fabulous job on our cultural fusion wedding. Even though initially we wondered if we really needed a planner, as the weeks progressed we were very happy that her team was keeping us on track, especially since for the bulk of the planning my fiance and i were living in different provinces. EBE knew the best vendors to use and knew where our priorities were.
    The day of the wedding things went off incredibly smoothly, even when a huge number of 'changed-our-minds' un-RSVP'd out-of-town guests showed up, they were seated and fed without anyone being the wiser. The decor was fabulous and the lack of stress with having to deal with any of the set up-take down was worth every single cent.
    Highly HIGHLY recommended to use EBE if you are planning a large/cultural wedding.

    Overall, I was really pleased with the decor and vibe of our wedding day. The flowers, linen and lighting were of top notch quality. The one area that I was displeased with was the fact that after previewing the first centrepiece selection, I asked to see a second option as I was still not 100% sold on the idea. I never did get to see that second option, which I should have pushed harder on. Once I also noticed that nearly identical pieces were used for a few of the other weddings in Emma's portfolio leading to our day, this only magnified my disappointment as I no longer felt as though I was getting something unique. At the end of the day, the pieces fit the vibe of the wedding and I stayed on budget, which was of importance.

    In response to this client review, The Events by Emma Team and Floral Design Team worked with this particular client to create a truly unique and beautiful event. Due to client budget constraints, the original design, ideas and vision for this particular event was changed and modified to fit within the budget. The final product used materials that are very popular in taller centrepieces like curly willow and tall vases, however our teamed worked hard to incorporate unique elements specific to the clients vision into their pieces and overall decor design. On many occasions we have clients that see our portfolio and request similar centrepieces, decor, etc. as they have fallen in love with that look. In these instances we work hard to make similar looks unique for the couple. Clients take inspirations from all directions, photos, etc. Our role is to help them achieve their vision in our unique way.. and fit within their budget needs using materials available to them.

    We were planning a wedding that involved meshing two very different religions and cultures. Once I started the planning process I felt extremely overwhelmed and welcomed the idea of meeting with a planner. From the first time I sat down with Emma, I knew that she understood my vision for the wedding and I immediately felt a wave of relief, as I saw her creativity come alive, bursting with ideas, I never dreamed could have been a reality for us! I felt that she had our best interests at heart and she proved this to be true over and over again, as she spent countless hours working to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch...and that it did!

    The weekend of the wedding (ours was a two day affair, with two ceremonies and one large reception), I can honestly say I did not worry about ONE SINGLE THING! All we had to do was sit back, relax and enjoy ourselves! No worrying about vendors being paid, about bringing anything back and forth to the sites, about where to be and when. The entire team from Events by Emma were always just "there", bustling about, seeing that the whole affair was beautifully executed and that all our wedding party, our families and guests were all very happy and enjoying each moment. This feeling of complete trust that I could just let loose and enjoy my day was just priceless. I look back on that day and all I remember is how happy I was and how everything went so smoothly...if there were any "hiccups", we were none the wiser!

    This may seem like a long review, but it is genuine and from the heart. Although it is a business transaction and Events by Emma is a "vendor", I truly believe that Emma does what she does (and I might add, is extremely gifted at it), because she loves what she does and so does the rest of her team. Hiring Emma was hands down, the BEST decision we made for our wedding!!

    Emma and all of the staff at Events by Emma were a real pleasure to work with. Emma made planning our wedding weekend a lot of fun and totally stress free! They helped us put all of the necessary vendors in place, coordinate with the venues and designed the most spectacular mandap and reception. Her checklists and tasks were so helpful in the months leading up the our special day .... and boy was the day-of itinerary spot on, we started dancing right at 8:30 p.m. just as we had planned! We couldn't have pulled off a two-day wedding for 580 guests without Emma and her team. Our families are still raving about all of the special touches and amazing decor and lighting! Thanks Emma, we love you!

    Emma did a wonderful job on our wedding. It was hard to hire a planner, as I thought I could do everything myself. However, this in the end was the best decision we ever made! Emma was so easy to work with, very professional and very experienced in dealing with vendors and budget management. Her design style was beautiful and all of our guests are still talking about the gorgeous reception.
