I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eternal Bliss Events. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole for the day-of coordination of my wedding. She was incredibly responsive, so helpful, the most professional and just a general delight to be around.

I was originally unsure if I needed a day-of coordinator because I felt a lot was planned, and we had a venue coordinator. WOW am I ever glad I chose right. If I can give one piece of advice to to couples planning a wedding: Get yourselves a day-of coordinator!

We had several calls before the wedding day to walk through all the details of the day. She was open, excited and provided some amazing recommendations. On the day of the wedding, she made sure my vision came to life and took care of everything and anything we needed. I could truly enjoy my wedding day and just relax and soak it all in because I knew Nicole had it locked down!

We had a slightly unusual wedding day planned with 2 completely different ceremonies back to back with an outfit change in between and the reception space being a little bit farther away from the ceremony space. I made the decision to hire a coordinator for the day as I was confident in my ability to prep a timeline for the day but I needed help to execute it. Alessia and Nicole did not disappoint. They ensured everything moved smoothly and in a timely way and if there was any behind the scenes chaos neither I nor the guests noticed. They both went above and beyond my expectations and it was the best decision I made in hiring them. We cannot recommend Eternal Bliss enough! Alessia has been a life saver throughout the whole planning process, and our wedding day certainly wouldn’t have turned out as perfect as it did without her.

We booked Eternal Bliss for the month-of coordination package, but Alessia was available for questions and recommendations every step of the way. She seriously went above and beyond, and even attended our in-person meetings with the venue and rehearsal at the church, so that she could familiarize herself with the timeline and setup. She was so committed to helping us out each step of the way, including reaching out to vendors to confirm arrival logistics and creating a detailed timeline for the whole day.

The day of our wedding, we both felt so at ease knowing that she was taking care of all the big things and little details. Alessia and her assistant Nicole arrived at our venue early in the morning to set up our DIY decor items and sweets table, met us at our hotel before the ceremony to organize our suites and cue our first looks, and executed the timeline and cue speeches throughout the whole day and evening.

Eternal Bliss also made sure to take care of US! Alessia checked in with us to make sure that were were enjoying ourselves, getting to eat and drink, and even made sure to track us down put a slice of pizza in our hands from the late night station before putting the food out for our guests!

We truly couldn’t recommend Eternal Bliss enough. If you’re looking for a professional, kind, and detail-oriented planner that you can trust, seriously look no further!

I was a DJ at a wedding planned by Alessia, and I can say with honesty that the event would have fallen apart without her. The bride was so last minute and made so many changes on the spot that the vendors and venue staff would have had trouble keeping up. Alessia was not only able to communicate with and calmly coordinate all the vendors and staff, but also was able to control the kids table by taking them out of the room and playing with them during the speeches. She even tied one of the kids shoes for photos! I know those don’t seem like a big deal, but it shows the extra mile Alessia takes for her clients to not only ensure that they have a beautiful day, but also don’t have to stress about the small details.

I have never worked with a more professional, friendly, creative, passionate, and talented human being! Alessia is a pleasure to work with! She listens to your needs and executes flawlessly because of her extensive experience and thoughtfulness with every client. Nicole and Katia were extremely helpful with our process. We hired them to help us for the month of our wedding and they were amazing. They coordinated with our vendors, made a fantastic schedule, and listened to all of our needs to make the day absolutely seamless. They were punctual, organized, and just so helpful.
