  Disappointing Experience with Elegant Paper Co.

  The invitation proofs took numerous revisions (and 5 months) until they looked like what we discussed in the proposal meeting. All correspondence was completed over email and they refused to meet with us after we requested to meet after receiving proofs that weren't acceptable. We were told that, despite these being custom designed, there was a limit to what we could ask for.
  
  In the end, we overpaid for the quality of customer service and final product that we received.

  100% Recommend.

  I would 100% recommend these lovely ladies. There are so many details I didn't even think about or didn't even realize needed to be planned, and she put my mind straight to ease. The set up was done perfectly, and everything was orchestrated without a hitch, (well just one hehe). To not be stressed out during the entire process was due mostly to Emily and her team! I was relaxed and confident she had everything taken care of.

  Over priced

  We thought that from looking at their portfolio our wedding dreams were going to be an easy reality... however that was not the case. Though our wedding did come together it was no where close to the vision it originally started out as. We ended up way over budget, with vendors disrespecting us in meetings, my groomsmen having to assist to get the reception and vow space set up and most of the plans not being executed as promised. We hired them to plan, setup and tear down and were sadly disappointed with the end result. For the price I expected way more. I looking back would have been better off doing the wedding planning and set up myself.
