Earl Grey Events is a full-service wedding planner based in Brampton, Ontario. Owner Emilie Butcher has an extensive background in coordinating a diverse spectrum of events. Additionally, she has almost a decade of experience in floral design and is delighted to lend her expertise as a florist to her couples.
Emilie’s company features packages for wedding planning as well as florals. Her coordination plans range from full-service to day-of, so there is something to suit many needs. If you require an alternative service, you can select à la carte items. Bundles can also be arranged if you'd like to avail of both floral and planning packages. Basic and comprehensive flower arrangments are offered, as well as the option to create a custom package if you have a special idea in mind.

Emilie from Earl Grey events delivered such great support and expertise in assisting me with both planning my wedding and the florals for my wedding! She went above and beyond the description of the job and checked in with me constantly and provided great advice with our ever changing Covid wedding plans. She was incredibly adaptable, calm and joyful throughout the whole process! And the flowers.... WOW! We received many compliments on them - they were stunning! Awesome to work with!
I was beyond stubborn to hire a coordinator throughout my whole wedding planning process. Once COVID hit, and my fiancé and I had to change our wedding multiple times, I almost threw in the towel until I spoke with Emilie.Sent on 28/10/2020
My stress instantly disappeared, and she was awesome. She even experienced one of the times we had to change our wedding (1 week before) and she adapted perfectly.
She was so early the day of to set up, brought a great assistant, and was there throughout the night for clean up and anything else we needed. The space for our ceremony and reception was beyond beautiful after she got to it.
She’s also AFFORDABLE and willing to work with your budget.
Would recommend her to anyone :)
