Dreamstyle Weddings of Guelph, Ontario, wants you to enjoy the planning process of your wedding, as well as the big day itself. Dreamstyle Weddings has been coordinating and planning weddings for more than eight years, pulling together seamless events and taking great pride in doing so. Danielle Deebank is the principal wedding planner and leads a team with a mission to reduce your stress, while letting you remain in control. Danielle and her team currently serve Guelph and the surrounding area.

Experience

Danielle is proud to be certified by the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC), 14 Stories Gay Wedding Institute (GWI), and is a Certified Sandals Specialist as well. She is a graduate of Business Administration – Materials Management and is a lifelong learner, attending conferences and seminars to reinforce knowledge of this vibrant industry.

Services offered

Clients have a number of services to choose from when working with Danielle and Dreamstyle Weddings. Couples just getting started or looking for direction may be interested in hourly consultation service. This service includes help with wedding planning checklist, budget creation, theme development, vendor advice (recommendations, questions to ask, what to look for), wedding etiquette and day/week timeline.

For couples that want a professional to direct and execute the schedule, The Wedding Day Management package is on offer. Enjoy the company of your guests as your event coordinator handles the following:

Create detailed wedding day/week timeline/itinerary
Vendor management (confirm all contracts and details prior to wedding day)
Direction/coordination of your wedding rehearsal
Wedding day coordination
Set up of details (guest book and pens, place cards, programs, cake knife, etc.)
Work closely with the vendors to ensure your expectations are being met
Onsite coordinator and/or assistant (rehearsal, ceremony, photo shoot and reception)
Use of wedding emergency kit (contains anything and everything, just in case)

Finally, Dreamstyle Weddings offers its Full Wedding Planning Services to couples who want planning and event execution performed for a stress free wedding day. This package builds upon the aforementioned Wedding Day package and has Danielle and her team providing additional professional guidance for the following:

Review of all plans to date and help determine what needs to be done
Checklist of all details that need to be taken care of (with timeline for completion)
Unlimited support (phone or email)
Budget preparation and tracking
Theme development (decor, stationery, flowers, etc.)
Total vendor management (recommendations, sourcing, communication, arrange meetings, etc.)
Monthly meetings
review status and troubleshoot issues

Dreamstyle Weddings also has its own line of favors and accessories for wedding events, and can help with plans for destination weddings and honeymoons.

Crucial part of our wedding day

Stress was not something we experienced on the wedding day thanks to Danielle. Not only did she ensure everything moved smoothly that day, she worked with the vendors leading up to the wedding date to make sure they were set up the right area and on time. She was readily available the entire time whether it was for water refill or locating staff and kept the events aligned with the timeline. At the end of the night, she made sure everything was cleared out and easy for us to locate in the morning. She was a crucial part of our wedding day, 10/10 would recommend!

The Best Decision We Made

Hiring Danielle was the best decision we made for our wedding. Danielle was incredibly valuable during the month leading up to the wedding and asked all of the right questions to ensure we didn't miss any important details. On the day of our wedding, Danielle was attentive, detailed, and extremely independent! Without Danielle there is no way we would have been able to enjoy our day to the fullest. Danielle is an incredible problem solver, planner, and a very warm and friendly person. I would highly recommend her to everyone!

Couldn't have done it without Dreamstyle Weddings!

Danielle in one word....is amazing! So organized and with her help we had the most perfect wedding! From the day I met Danielle she has always been professional, detailed and easy to work with. She got along so well with all of our family members and guests at our wedding. I know some brides think they can do it all, myself included, but after meeting with Danielle the first time I knew I could trust her to take care of the coordination of my wedding day. She met all of our wishes and we literally worried about nothing and we could really just relax and enjoy our special day. I met several coordinators and wedding planners prior to meeting Danielle, and none of them compare to the service and care I received from Danielle. To future brides, please go with a coordinator it's so worth it...and go with Danielle at Dreamstyle Weddings, you won't be disappointed. Would 100% recommend :)

a BIG thank you

I know for a fact our wedding day wouldn’t have been the beautiful, stress-free day it was without Danielle. There were little moments throughout the day where I would take a second to think, “If Danielle wasn’t here, what would have happened? This could’ve been a disaster.” And with those thoughts in my mind from time to time, we couldn’t be more grateful to have Danielle there with us, by our side. She took care of everything that day. Many may not realize how the little things, like who carries your veil or straightens it out for pictures, carries all the guys’ cell phones and our purses while we take photos, and sprinkling sugar on cookies become such big things in your day. And then there are the big things, like working with our vendors, keeping everyone in check and organized, building a cannoli tower, and carrying a couch outside for pictures! To have you there for both the big and the small made the world of a difference. We received so many compliments on how organized our wedding was, and how smoothly everything went. All of those compliments belong to Danielle. Our families were so happy to have her, it felt like we were celebrating the wedding day together, yet she was so professional and always on point. Danielle (and her team!) are amazing and we 100% knew we could trust her with our day. With her there, we didn’t worry about one thing. I can’t wait to recommend her to future couples planning their big day. Thank you isn’t enough to express how appreciative we are.

Danielle was a consummate professional and always thought of everything before we had! It was so stress free to have her there with us on our special day- she is amazing! She is one of those people whose company you're totally comfortable in, she's sure loves what she does!

Danielle was fantastic to work with and worth every penny. Although we just hired her for the day of coordination, she answered any questions we had along the way. Danielle gave recommendations since we were not from the area and guided us down the most cost effective path. Danielle was extremely professional. She was flexible with our schedules and was open to later evening meetings in order to accommodate us. Danielle kept everyone organized the day of, but also let us enjoy the day and never stressed anyone out. We highly recommend her!

We were so grateful to have Danielle assist us in our wedding planning process. It gave us such peace of mind to have her there on our wedding day as well. Danielle is nothing short of incredible. She's is so fun, friendly, punctual, organized and an excellent listener. We hired Danielle a few months before our wedding and from the moment I met her, I knew our wedding would be perfect.
She really, really got to know us so she could make our day wonderful. She went over every fine detail of our wedding on the many occasions that we met for a fabulous cup of coffee. She handled all the contact with my vendors to make sure everything ran as smoothly as it should. Danielle is so enthusiastic, and it really shows in her work. You can tell she loves what she does, it felt like I had known her for years and had my best friend taking care of my most important day.
I was so tickled with how she surprised me when I picked up my wedding gown, how she handled our wedding night at the hotel by taking care of us, she even came to see me before the ceremony just to check in. She was there every step of the way! I can't believe she even made it a point to know what my sons favourite things were to make him at ease when the day came (he was the ring bearer).
We had so many laughs together, and absolutely no stress on our day and we have Danielle and her team to thank for that.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who's getting married. You are in the absolute best of hands!

Danielle came into our lives at just the right time (as sleepless nights of last-minute planning was becoming the regular) and we couldn’t have made a wiser choice in leaning on her for these final preparations and day-of services! She immediately took care of introducing herself to our existing vendors and redirecting any of their multitudes of questions through HER instead of us! She’s such a professional, incredibly perceptive and could see the toll the unexpected planning was having on us and pulled off some serious Wonder Woman moves in the final weeks and on our wedding day :D She even helped connect us to a videographer a mere 3 (count ‘em…THREE) days prior to our wedding!!

She became a ringleader and confidant…someone we could trust implicitly! From the tiniest of details (like making a point to learn what our flower girl’s fav candy is…helpful when you’ve got a shy sweetie needing to make her debut down the aisle), to the Big Rescue moments of re-bustling my train…in literal mid-dance…and everything in between (think: awesome Polaroid moments candidly captured!)…our day would have looked entirely different without Danielle’s support! She single-handedly is responsible for one of the most tender times of our entire day even existing; we had no intention of doing a reveal/first look and it’s by far the most surprising, emotionally-charged part of our wedding! We absolutely cannot express our gratitude for this.

She ensured that the day was flawless from start to finish…she truly gave us our perfect day! We had nothing to worry about! We actually had two brides, ready and waiting on their guests, with enough downtime to enjoy some private time together before our walk down the aisle…who’s experienced that??? It’s so very rare to be able to say you remember every second of the entire day; yet we do and this is 100% as a result of handing the reigns over to Danielle! #goodlifechoices

Danielle was essentially my good luck charm, my life saver, whatever the word may be. Not only do you gain a wedding planner with her, but a friend that basically makes your vision into a reality. She was soo good that my wedding guests could not stop raving about her and asked me how I found her. My friends were amazed that she cared more about my wedding than myself. She made miracles happen and makes an unforgettable impression. She is amazing at what she does and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. When I plan my 1 year wedding anniversary.. or my baby shower.. or anything, she would be my first call :)
