  Professional, organized and polite

  Sandra (the company owner) and Sandra (our coordinator) were both incredible. They gave us valuable guidance and feedback on our timeline before the wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Sandra was incredible. She was polite and treated all the guests with respect. The entire day went smoothly thanks to how organized Sandra was. We would recommend Day of Events to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!!

  Excellent day-of coordination

  We’re so glad we worked with the Day of Events team for our wedding! Both Sandra M and Sandra B were super helpful while preparing our timeline and logistics, and on the day of, Sandra B was exactly what we needed. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — Sandra had it taken care of and helped us feel calm and present throughout the event.

  Sandra made our wedding amazing!

  My husband and I had a small wedding of
  about 45 people. We loved our venue but only got access about an hour before the ceremony. I considered relying on family and friends then came across Day of Events.
  
  Sandra was so professional and helpful, and very affordable so we jumped at working with her. We had 2 consultations and regular communication prior to the big day.
  
  She went above and beyond the day of our wedding, helping with our rainy day backup plan and staying much longer than I expected to run things smoothly. Our wedding would not have looked as beautiful or been as stress free without her.

  Wedding Planner

  Sandra is literally the best!!! I was so happy to have found her. She is the kindest and most genuine person I have ever met. I was really nervous throughout the whole wedding planning process and she calmed me down every step of the way. My family and friends also loved her!!! She has the best energy and gives positive energy to your family, friends, and guests. She goes over and beyond her duties to ensure that the couple are happy. She made sure our day was smooth, while helping with our decorations. I 100% recommend Sandra. She is kind, professional and is ready to solve issues as they arise on your big day. So, you definitely need her!

  Best addition to our wedding day!!

  If you are thinking about a day of coordinator, look no further. Sandra from Day of Events is the best! I dont know how our day would have ran without her leading the show. Sandra is very professional and organized. We put our trust in Sandra and she exceeded our expectations. She handled every little detail of our day and executed our timeline to a T. We never knew how much we needed a day of coordinator until we had Sandra there on our big day. Sandra was the best addition to our wedding day! I recommend to all my family and friends that the first vendor they book be Sandra and Day of Events!

  Sandra is the person you didn't know you needed, but you do

  If you are like me, you might not have even known what a day of coordinator was until you started planning your wedding. Months before the wedding, I was laying in bed at night stressing about how people will know what to do at the wedding and when to do it. Will everyone be asking me? Will I become overwhelmed and have a breakdown on my own special day? Well, none of that happened because we hired Sandra and she took care of absolutely everything on the day of, so that we could enjoy our day and have fun. I completely trusted her and she nailed it. If you're not sure, just hire her, you will be happy you did. The entire day exceeded my expectations.

  The best coordinator out there

  We came across Day of Events months before our October wedding. While having our phone consultation with Sandra, we knew right away she should be our day of coordinator even though we haven’t worked with her yet! There’s something about her personality and aura that made us say “yes” to her - my husband seconds this :)
  
  Upon meeting her on the day of our rehearsal, we knew we were in safe hands. We felt excited having her and seeing her again on our wedding day!
  
  On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Sandra definitely went above and beyond; we couldn’t have done it without her! While we were having photos taken for our first look, she was at the ceremony/reception site making sure all the vendors were there and our families/guests were well taken care of. I kid you not - I didn’t feel any pressure days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day itself. Sandra made everything so easy and stress-free. She was always on top of everything — very organized, meticulous, calm, helpful and caring. She always checked in on us to see if we’re feeling okay and we really appreciate this simple gesture :) Even my mom and entourage have nothing but good things to say about her.
  
  I cannot recommend Day of Events highly enough. Totally worth it! Sandra handled so many details that allowed us to enjoy our wedding celebration and will definitely let you enjoy yours too! Thank you Sandra
