We hired Parm as our wedding coordinator and were very disappointed with both the service we received and her response afterward.

There were several issues throughout the day that fell far short of what we were promised. She began removing chair covers while guests were still seated, and they were left in a disorganized heap in my car, most of them still tied in the back. She left before the end of the night after assuring both myself and others that she would stay until everything was complete. We were left with a significant amount of cleanup and takedown that I had expected her to handle.

There were also not enough chairs set up for the ceremony, and I was the one who had to tell her about it moments before walking down the aisle. The bartenders were unaware of our signature drink, and the sign for it was hidden. I had to tell them what the drink was myself. Family members ended up setting up multiple things that were supposed to be part of her responsibilities, and the drapery for our ceremony arch was not put up until she was reminded to do it, followed by excuses for why it had not been done sooner.

When I brought these concerns to her attention afterward, her reply was filled with deflection and justifications rather than genuine accountability. Many of the explanations she provided simply did not match what actually happened.

For the amount we paid, I expected a much higher level of organization, professionalism, and follow through. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I would not recommend her services to other couples.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Parm for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, her dedication and passion were evident in every detail. She is incredibly hardworking, organized, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Parm took the time to understand our vision and executed it flawlessly, making sure every moment was stress-free and magical. Her professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving skills made all the difference. Thanks to her, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more.
