Talented, dedicated, hardworking
We hired Britt to assist with our son's wedding at Shelby's Pond in chilliwack. She not only did the decorating, she included many pieces that she had of her personal stock at no additional charge but also did the flowers. She kept everyone organized the day of and kept us all on schedule. She was indispensable. I would highly recommend her.We hired Britt to assist with our son's wedding at Shelby's Pond in chilliwack. We hired Britt for the full service and our expectations were not met. She came up with all these ideas that we agreed upon, and come the wedding day they were not there. Tables were missing flower arrangements, my son didn’t have a boutonnière and she didn’t arrive as early as she should have to set up. I wanted a crystal curtain hanging down from the ceiling and for a year she told me it was possible and come the day she didn’t hang it. She had a whole year to go to the venue to figure that out. Also she kept telling me for a year she would show me table mock ups and I asked a lot to see some, but I never did see any, I kept getting excuses. She sent me the wrong file for my invitations that I got printed and the list goes on. Now that I have used her, it seems she doesn’t know exactly how to multi-task with having different clients. We hired Britt Morrison Events Morrison for day of coordination & decor setup and were extremely disappointed with her services. The terms of our contract were not met, communication was poor throughout the process, and she was over 2 hours late for setup on our wedding day. When we contacted her with our concerns we were met with denial, excuses, and the blame being put on us. Britt Morrison events went above and beyond my expectations. The amount of support she gave me and knowledge helped me huge get through not only the day but leading up to it as well.
