Melanie was our day planner for the day of our wedding. Melanie was super on point with everything and the whole party was a massive success with zero hiccups (on account of her).
Knowledgeable, super helpful prior to event and passed me along her expertise to host a great event. Our chats prior to the event madde me feel like she knew what she was doing (asked the right questions, made super insightful suggestions etc). She was a pleasure to work with, super professional and had a super calm demeanour (which is what you want in a event planner).

Melanie is easy to talk to and you feel you can trust her instantly. When our plans changed due to Covid, Melanie was the first vendor to check in and see how she could help. She was flexible and helped steer us in the direction we needed to make sure we had everything prepared for the day. On our day she worked away in the background to make sure everything was where it needed to be and I didn't think twice about it! She was calm, cool and collected through rain, wind, bees, a late delivered cake and a pandemic. Don't think twice about hiring her! Thank you Melanie!All Wrapped Up Events's reply:

Melanie was amazing! She was easy to get in touch with and so friendly! She offered her opinions and suggestions and did everything exactly the way we wanted it. I felt so calm on my wedding day knowing that Melanie had everything under control. She even thought of things that I never would have thought of and I really appreciated all of her help and guidance. If you are looking for someone to coordinate your wedding/decor, your search is over.
Melanie from All Wrapped Up events helped with our ceremony/reception decor set up and tear down. She was a pleasure to work with. Easy to communicate with, great professionalism, well organized and understanding of our vision.
The decor setup was beyond our expectations, and she came back later in the evening to tear everything down. She worked efficiently and seamlessly as she moved through our intoxicated guests to get everything cleaned up.
We would not have even known she was there, if it weren't for the perfectly piled decor in the corner of the room at the end of the night.

Attentive, responsive, and wonderful!
Melanie Baird was instrumental to our wedding day. She arrived early to help with setup, coordinated all the vendors, and even lent us some of her own affects last minute to help with decor! We are so glad that we contacted Melanie. She helped keep everything on track and gave my wife and I the peace of mind we wanted on the most important day. Melanie was the day-of coordinator for our wedding and I’m not sure what we would have done without her. As we neared the big day, I felt myself starting to stress out, but once we met with Melanie one month prior to our wedding, I felt much more at ease and confident that everything would get completed in time. She helped us prepare our timeline and day of schedule - one that allowed us a few moments to spend together and ensured nothing was forgotten. On the wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about the setup or ensuring all the vendors were arriving on time - Melanie had that all covered. I could focus on getting ready with my bridal party and taking photos with my soon to be husband. She is highly organized, creative and personable and I had full confidence that the room would be exactly how I had imagined it. Our wedding ran smoothly and mostly on time thanks to Melanie keeping all the vendors on track. Danielle Sent on 08/01/2019Melanie gave us a stress-free wedding day and made sure I ate dinner!
Melanie was the day-of coordinator for my wedding and things could not have gone smoother! She set up the tables with the centrepieces and ensured our homemade chuppah set-up correctly and decorated beautifully. She even created a makeshift card box onsite when mine was forgotten at home. She was always close by in the event that I needed something (she reminded me to eat!) and made sure we stuck to the schedule. She herded my cats...I mean family and friends together for photos and helped our guests find the washrooms, their purses, lost sweaters and even a child or two. My favourite part was when she took it upon herself to discreetly entertain a disruptive 2-year old during the ceremony!!! We would 100% recommend Melanie for your day-of wedding coordination. Life.
