  Fantastic!

  Monique was so professional and experienced. Her photos were absolutely stunning. She had great suggestions and knew how to make the most of a day that flew by so fast! We are so grateful to have so many beautiful photos to remember our day with. She also sent us our photos very quickly! I can’t thank her enough for capturing the day perfectly!

  The big day!

  Monique has a great personality and made everyone feel so comfortable on a very hectic and sometimes stressful day. It was easy to be natural around her and she really captured who we are in a simple and beautiful way. We are so happy with our pictures!

  Professional, reliable, and caring photographer

  What a wonderful experience with Monique. We hired her for our engagement and wedding photos this year. She was a consummate professional from our very first meeting with her, throughout the big day and beyond. She is warm and giving during photo shoots, and made all of us feel comfortable and relaxed during an otherwise unnatural and awkward (for me at least) type of activity; posing for romantic photos in public.
  We went with a two-photographer package for our wedding day. I wouldn't recommend anything less. Aside from capturing twice as many candid moments, the second photographer also acted as a photobooth photographer during our reception which turned out great.
  
  All in all we would highly recommend Monique for your wedding.

She was with us from early morning to late night and I cannot be happier with the product of my pictures. She professional and really knows how to get pictures done. I highly recommend her. In addition, she is great with scheduling and really assisting with the day.

  We were very pleased that we chose Monique from Studio Iris to photograph our wedding this past August. She is professional, organized, friendly and takes amazing photos! From the first look session to the reception, Monique captured all those great moments that went by way too quickly! She also made sure that we stayed on schedule, making the day as stress-free as possible. We highly recommend Monique!

  An amazing wedding photographer! Monique a fantastic eye for capturing beautiful moments. On our wedding day she was down to earth, funny, lighthearted and graciously accommodated our changing schedules and requests. My husband and I are both camera shy and she made the first look experience, a great highlight of the day. We received the slideshow quickly and the photos turned out beautifully. I can’t recommend her enough!!

We were both impressed by her professionalism as well as the wide variety of locations she has already photographed for weddings. Her photos look beautiful, none appear over-processed and beautifully captured A-Z of our lakeside wedding. Monique was a pleasure to work with on the wedding day and provided our photos soon after. Book her early!

  Monique did an amazing job photographing our wedding in September, 2013. She was so positive, relaxed and patient, everybody loved her! I didn't have to worry about a thing as Monique knew exactly what she was doing. She was also very discreet during the ceremony and captured some really breathtaking shots. Our pictures came out wonderfully and I still look at them with fond memories. I am so pleased with my experience of Studio Iris. I would absolutely recommend her services for anyone looking to capture a magical event without any stress :)

  We feel very lucky that it was Monique Dykstra from Studio Iris Photography who captured our beautiful wedding day for us. The photographs of our wedding are absolutely breathtaking! Every single one of our photos tells a story of that day - she caught that sparkle in our eyes, those beaming smiles and the happiness that we felt. As a person she is very generous, patient and warm, she knows how to put every single person at ease (which is oftentimes not easy during a wedding!). We are very grateful to Monique, and in the future, when the opportunity arises, we would be thrilled to have her as our photographer once again.
