Working with Steve was so easy and he gave us total confidence that he would deliver us fantastic photos that captured our wedding day perfectly. His creativity was exceptional and the final photos were truly stunning. Would recommend time and time again.

This man is AMAZING. We changed the date of our wedding so we could book him as we knew he would capture the day perfectly. His photos made us laugh, cry and go ahhhhhhh. I've never known a photographer stay for the duration of a wedding, but Steve did and I'm so pleased as the evening photos are hilarious. Can't recommend enough!

We got engaged January 29th 2013 and the very next day we had arranged to meet with Steve the next weekend. I had seen his photos of another wedding at the same venue and knew that he had to do our wedding too! His pictures were just that bit different, interesting and modern but not too modern and not your typical wedding photography, which is exactly what we wanted. When we met Steve he was professional, friendly and natural. He showed us photos of weddings he had taken and the photos literally bought a tear to my eye because they captured the day and emotions exactly. A couple of days later we booked Steve and didn't even bother to look at any other photographers. We had budgeted a good amount for our photographer because we felt that the photos were one of the most important things to have, they are the memories of your day that goes so quickly. We had an engagement shoot with Steve about a month before the wedding, it was great! Informal and fun and really put us at ease in front of the camera. Steve is just a great guy and so easy to get along with. On our wedding day we had Steve and another shooter. They both just blended in and went along with the flow of the day. Having our photos taken didn't interrupt our day or take us away from our family and friends for too long at a time. Steve sent us over our photos from the day, they are just AMAZING!! I can't put into words how much we love them!! Everyone we have shown the photos to say how fantastic and just that little but edgy they are. We literally can't stop looking at them and they show every part of the day perfectly and bring back the best memories. Steve and the photos are worth every penny and we couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Rob + I were struggling to find a wedding venue that captured everything we were dreaming of, until we found Steve Gerrard wedding photography. Looking through his pictures at one of our shortlisted venue's we knew that we had not only found our venue but also a photographer.
It was important to us that we met photographers face to face before making the decision of who to book. We looked at photographers locally to us, but things didn't "click" with those we met. Wedding photography was a massive deal to us so we had to get it right - You only get married once and you want amazing pictures, right?

Steve + Evelyne were not local to us, this did not pose a problem as we were able to communicate through email and face to face on Skype. After that call Rob + I knew we had to book before someone else did!! It was one of the best decisions of our wedding we made.

Steve travelled to our hometown Leigh-on-sea to do an engagement shoot. It was the first time we had met in person. I was nervous about "posing" with a camera pointed at me, Steve soon put me at ease with his down to earth shooting manner. We really just hung out for a bit (while Steve had his camera). Our engagement photos are immense!!

The big day itself was amazing, Steve rocked up with his camera but it wasn't like we had a wedding photographer it was more like a friend/guest was there taking pictures. I was definitely not a bride that wanted traditional shots and he listened to what we said. Steve was at our wedding from prep to the end of the night - a lot of photographers leave after the first dance!!

We were excited when Steve emailed to make sure we were both together and then sent us our slideshow. The only word I have is WOW!!! The music he had chosen was perfect, the photos are incredible and captured everything that was special. We watched, we laughed, we cried and remembered our perfect day - THANKS guys you are awesome.

Amazing photographer!! Not into the cheesey, lovey, dovey photos and even felt quite anxious about being photographed on our wedding day. Engagement shoot totally put my mind at rest. Felt like we were just chatting and having fun with a friend (sounds cringe, but it's true!!). The whole process was relaxed and fun, and you can't even tell when he's clicking away with his camera. Great guy, great company, great times and flippin' awesome photos to keep forever!!

We booked Steve to be our wedding photographer before we even had a date/venue confirmed! His work speaks for him and we will treasure our wonderful photos forever. He was so professional, hardworking and most importantly great fun to have around on our big day, he really felt like another guest/friend which is so important as we were able to feel really comfortable with him. We've been to so many weddings before and since where the photographer bosses the guests around and forces poses etc- Steve simply lets you do your thing and somehow manages to capture incredible moments. I would (and have repeatedly!) recommend him to anyone considering booking their wedding photographer, it'll be the best wedding decision you make!

Steve's work pretty much speaks for itself, but we honestly couldn't recommend him more highly. From the moment we booked him, I had complete confidence that my wedding photo's would be just what I didn't know I even wanted. Steve & Evelyne were so down to earth, friendly and overall professional. It was a big worry off of our minds to know we had Steve on the big day documenting & covering everything. Steve was right there throughout the day and kept in touch afterwards to go through the photos & ideas for books, picture frames.
We are so glad we went with these guys!

One word....AMAZING! Do not hesitate in booking Steve for your wedding day. His creative eye, natural flare and relaxed style is pure genius and we were over the moon with our wedding photographs. Could not recommend him more.

Steve was fantastic throughout the build up, the wedding itself and the after care. We were made to feel very comfortable during the initial meeting and weren't pressured into taking him on. He showed us a wide range of his work so we knew what to expect and he listened and was interested in what we wanted to do on the day (not many vendors/photographers listen they just tell you what they do and that's final). He then told us what he would normally do on the day and the two were a perfect match. On the day he was great and so was his second photographer. They made us feel comfortable and you hardly knew they were there, unless you wanted them and they were on hand to help. After the day the photo's were great and better than expected. He's kept in contact and if we need a photographer in the future he would be the go to guy. All in all he was perfect for the job.
