  I cannot say enough good things about Kelly. He is a true professional and our pictures are amazing. We are so happy with our photos and the entire experience of working with him. His style is very unique and he gets all the right pictures.

  I can't thank Kelly enough for the amazing day of photos! We did pictures before the ceremony and he made the day run so smooth and it was a lot of fun! We did pictures outside as a group and these were done quick and efficiently as it was a winter wedding! My favorite part is that we were able to find a spot in Canmore that meant a lot to both the bride and groom and do some really fun, unique and personalized pictures. From the very start of the day to the very end Kelly was able to catch all those special moments people share. My favorite part about his photography is the amazing smiles he captures on everyone, you can truly tell what a great time everyone is having. He makes you feel comfortable from the first meeting and has some great ideas. Our day was so fun and I am so lucky to have hired Kelly to have captured all the amazing smiling memories.

  Absolutely loved working with Kelly!! He really did a great job and went above and beyond. He went to the location 2 weeks before and found places to take pictures that would be beautiful and unique. He also took us to mutilpe locations to capture different photos. I felt like he wasn't just there doing a job he couldn't wait to be finished. He seemed passionate about photography and his work. He is very creative and great to work with! Beautiful photos. So happy we chose him as our wedding photographer!!

  Fun and Thoughtful!

  Kelly is a talented photographer and absolute pleasure to work with. He has great ideas and his creativity really shines through in his photos, capturing all the best and most heartfelt moments. He listened to our requests and was able to accommodate with ease and willingness. He had our photos back within a couple weeks, unlike other photographers who can take months to get their photos finished. He really went the extra mile for us by developing prints that we could immediately throw into frames (as well as the digital copies). I would highly recommend Kelly as your wedding photographer!

  Most creative and memorable wedding photographer!

  Kelly has the ability to capture incredible moments that others would typically miss. He takes creative, unique, thoughtful photos that combine personality, environment, colours and emotions all at once. He is top notch and I highly recommend him.

  Great photographer

  We were very happy with our wedding photos done by Kelly. He was great to work with to create our timeline before the wedding.
  On the day of he did a fabulous job of capturing our memories. His layed back personality and professionalism made me feel at ease from getting ready until late into the reception. I had a long list of family photos I wanted done and Kelly did an awesome job of moving them along smoothly while still making sure we got all the combinations I wanted.
  We were extremely impressed with the amazing action shots from our outdoor games and reception. He captured some priceless moments!
  I would definitely recommend Schovanek Photography to anyone planning their wedding.

  Schovanek Photography provided excellent service and outstanding value. Our photographer Kelly, had excellent suggestions for stunning photo locations for wedding party photos and he kept the mood fun and upbeat despite the fact that it was sleeting rain! During the ceremony and reception Kelly did an excellent job capturing meaningful moments and drew authentic smiles from our guests. Most importantly the photos turned out amazing and he delivered them promptly. Kelly also worked extremely well with the wedding planner and venue staff. He was professional and logistically on point. I highly recommend Schovanek Photography for any wedding or special event.

We had so much fun getting our engagement and wedding photos taken by him. Kelly is professional, easy to work with and he made us both feel very comfortable and at ease, which made the process fun and enjoyable . All the pictures he took turned out beautifully!   Mexico Wedding 2014

  Kelly travelled to Mexico to capture our wedding in November 2014. He spent the whole week getting amazing candid shots of our guests and most importantly did a stunning job on our wedding day. He was equal amounts fun to have around and professional. The photos he took truly show off our guests personalities and reflect our special day perfectly. We love looking back at our photos! Kelly made us feel comfortable and not staged or awkward at all. His price was incredibly reasonable, especially since he spent a whole week with us (I think he enjoyed himself a bit).
