Shayne captured our WHOLE wedding day perfectly. Not only did he deliver gorgeous portraits of my husband and I but almost more importantly he caught all of the small bits that I wouldn't have changes for the world: my conservative grandfather busting a move on the dance floor; the best man's struggles with a bow tie, my MOH and her dress with a busted zipper (FYI Shayne was able to save the day with a sewing kit in about 5 minutes flat - I didn't even have time to worry before he had a solution) ...

Literally all the bits, I will remember with a beaming smile years later; he caught all the laughter, tears and ridiculous heartfelt moments. I was overwhelmed when we when through the photos.

Further more were my initial thoughts after receiving our custom box of wedding photos: 'Damn it Shayne! We are going to have to buy a prettier shelf.' WILDLY BEAUTIFUL!

Shayne from our first meeting put us easy. His sense of humour made shooting with him fun and effortless. Thoughout the whole day, he was taking photos and all our guests said how great he was. Our maid of honour booked him for her wedding. What we really liked is that he gets to know his clients and shots photos that feature the couples personality. Shayne was A+ from day 1! Not only did our photos turn out amazing, but the customer service was truly excellent. From our out-of-town engagement shoot to the postponement of our wedding during the pandemic, Shayne was always very flexible and understanding. He even offered to come to Ottawa at no charge to immortalize the small ceremony we decided to have on our original wedding date. You can tell he is passionate about his work and very experienced. He sent us a well thought-out form to gather all the important details about the timeline, venue, lighting, etc. And on the day of, he made us and our guests feel really at ease (I know some brides worry about having a male photographer for the getting ready portion, but there was no awkwardness at all with Shayne. He’s a real pro!). We also liked that his packages include some prints and thank you cards. We were so happy to have him on our team and highly recommend his services!

We chose Shayne as a photographer after looking at his portfolio online. It was exactly what we wanted for our wedding, beautiful, classy but fun and low-key all at the same time. After meeting him in person we didn't feel the need to meet anyone else. He was easy-going, attentive and ready to try anything. We scheduled our engagement photos and then switched the date on him last minute to try something fun. He was on board immediately and super accommodating. The pictures turned out amazingly well and we're stilling getting compliments and questions about our photographer months later.

Recently we contacted him to do a "family" portrait with our dogs at the house we just bought and he was there with 24 hours notice on a gorgeous day, had the pictures faster than I thought possible. Can't wait to make them into our Christmas card for this year.
